This place is good, but the one item I don’t like is the Clover rewards programMultiple times now, I’ve had $5 Clover credit, but the store only lets me claim/use it if my total is $20 or morein future I’ll be going less to this place just due to rewards

They lie about the hours they are open. They close at 8:30PM. Been there several times and the workers just ignore you while you wait by the door knocking. There is people inside, and the sign is up and says open but it's closed. Just a heads up!

Very clean and well organized place, friendly attitude employees; excellent service.
One of the best Michoacanas out there. They have a huge selection. Nachos are crispy. Aguas are always fresh. Service is always great. Cleanliness is also 10/10. Place itself it's super cute, and love that they have and outdoor and indoor place. Recommend the fresas preparadas. Prices are really fair. Some of the biggest items like sandias preparadas are encouraged to be ordered beforehand so they can be ready when you get there.

Ice cream and mangoneadas are great only problem os the staff depending on what day you go you'll get excellent service I was there a few days back as I was walking up to the door with my wife one of the employees rush to the door telling us it was closed the clock had just turn to 9 she could have just easily let us get our ice cream no more then 5 minutes

I usually love coming to this place. But as of today I will no longer go. It sucks because everyone is so nice. But today I called and tried to place an order over the phone. The lady said she can not take any phone orders since there was so many people inside the store. It sucks because I can't leave my work. normally prepay and send someone to go pick it up for me. Do to my work I can't leave. So this lady tells me this and hung up on me. I wasn't even finished talking. So rude. I shocked that she just hung up on me. So I will just take my business somewhere else.
