Not the Starbucks to go to in the evening. I got there at 9:50 pm (they close at 10:30). I got an attitude when I placed my order. When I got to the window she scanned my phone and then handed me my drinks and walked away from the window. We didn’t exchange a single word. Never in all the Starbucks in all the states that I’ve been to did I ever have that experience.

Came in with my family and was greeted by Brianna. She was very kind and helpful. The store was also playing good 80s music ?. Edwin is also another employee who is always welcoming.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this is probably the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Not to mention dust and trash all over the floor. Merchandise was dirty and disorganized. Employees were talking very loudly about inappropriate topic, on top of having me wait 7 minutes for my cakepop.

Get it together Starbucks. Not the first time you guys give me a latte with mostly milk. I really don't have much time to make a huge u-turn, once I'm on the 605 fwy. I don't go out of my way to get this type of "drink.". I won't call it coffee, because it has NO espresso. It's hot milk with vanilla flavoring.Quite frustrating to be honest, when you really need a kick of caffeine. Total waste of my time and money. Shame on me for always coming here. Guess I'll take my business else where. Good day. P.S. Your food isn't all that great either. The last time I went the bacon Gouda taste awful. It tasted as if it were expired and smelled bad. Again, I always gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. Not any more.

Been here waiting for 40 min for one drink they take to long and completely forget about the orders

Ordered bacon sausage egg wrap and they gave me a spinach wrap. Waited over 20 min for them to give the update that they actually didn't have the food item I requested. I verified before ordering and she checked. However once the food was made it was incorrect. Wasted time. Then had to wait in line again for a refund. Never coming to this ghetto Starbucks located here. Don't go here

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The young lady was rude and gave me attitude after asking for a cup tray for 4 drinks. Of course, they didn't have any. And gave me more attitude asking for a bag to carry all my drinks out. I said, " Wow," so she would acknowledge her rudeness, and she said, " Well, it's been a day," and I replied with "Well that shouldn't have to affect me" meaning just because you're have a day doesn't mean you gave treat paying customers poorly. She and her coworker laughed at me as I was walking away. These young adults have absolutely no mannerisms nor the proper training. In public interactions and their field as barista. The frozen drinks were horrible. The whole experience there was just unbelievable. Whoever is managing this location needs to go back to the drawing board. Proper training is necessary in this location.
