Asked for green onion twice to assure I got them and still did not! And when it came to serving it was extremely small, and they were stingy with the waba sauce .. Although the quality was great!! Just wish I could have got it the way I asked !

I have been to this establishment many times for my lunch break but this is the first time when I was eating my Waba Bowl that I found a bone shard inside. Furthermore I got medium size drink and the Starry soda did not taste like the soda brand at all not sure if there was an issue with the fountain drink. Very unsatisfied with these unexpected issues.

Customer service is non existent in this establishment. The few times that I have been to this location, none of the staff have Greeted me and it feels as if they just want me gone as soon as possible. Genuinely a very hostile environment, will not be returning.

Very hostile environment. Employees not very friendly. Disgusting windows and the drain next to the soda machine is absolutely rancid. Who runs this place??don't even get me started on the management there.. yikes.. can't even say anything good about the food..

Dirty restaurant! Additionally, they tried charging me for extra sauce after I asked for it on my bow; They only added drop to my bowl so it was just dry. Not returning to this location....

Had it not been for some good friends who got me down here I might still be a WaBa Grill virgin, and what a shame that would be! I must confess, I'm not a big pastrami person. I think it's delicious, sure, but I usually don't seek it out. But since this is supposed to be Ground Zero for pastrami in CA, I had to try it. I opted for the #10, so I could get the cole slaw on the side. Took a little while for the sammy to come out, but wow, when it did was it good. The pastrami itself was quite lean, which I guess it always isn't the case, and to tell you the truth I could've used a little more fat in there, but it was still quite delish. What really made the sandwich for me though was their rye bread with the wonderful crunchy crust! And the Russian dressing was a tangy creamy treat as well. It was so good I ended up eating the whole thing, even though just a half would've been quite enough to satisfy. Dan H and I were saying later we should've just split a sandwich between us--oh well! Their cole slaw was quite good as well, fresh, crisp and sweet with just the right amount of mayo. I think I prefer slaw that has cabbage sliced a bit more substantially with more celery seeds, though, so I can't say this was the best slaw I've had. Next time I want to try their tongue sandwich and the chopped liver, as those are usually the items I go for at a Jewish deli.

The tables and floor was filthy . I asked the lady to have someone clean the tables and they just ignored me and never cleaned it. So I had to wipe the table myself so we can eat. My daughter loved the waba sauce she asked for extra sauce for her food. He told her he would have to charge $ .30. The customer service was horrible ?.

I used to go to this place once a month or so but hadn't been there in a while because they kept getting my orders wrong. I thought I'd give them another shot since I believe they are under new management. Well, I will not be going back. Once again, they just can't get it right. I ordered and paid extra for white meat chicken and when I went to eat it wondered why it tasted so bad. Low and behold, it was not white meat, it was dark meat and I was not able to eat it. Unless you want to stand over them while they make your food, I'd try another Waba.

On July 6th at 6:08 p.m. ordered Bowl and added avocado; it had black Parts on it I took a picture I sure did the person when I place another order today to please do not put up a, that's black. She told the other girl with a ponytail and curly hair and she made a face sarcastically and I'll hurt her tell the cook not going to eat black avocado. So the girl that was preparing the food I showed her the photographs on my phone and she said to my surprise: " there's nothing I can do that's how we sell it". I did not appreciate that answer and I spoke with the cook and he had the right attitude indicating that the girl was in error of her attitude and he was sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People shouldn't get fired they should get retrained; but more importantly, people that get hired need to have the right attitude and food service it's not an easy job--- dealingwith people. But you have to be polite and hear out the complaint if there's any with the right attitude
