The first thing you face is confusion trying to decipher the user-Unfriendly menu. This leaves the worker having to explain the choices and combos to each new customer. Then if there’s a line it makes service take longer. Then there are usually only 1 or two workers. The concept is great! Love the product once I tried it. It will probably streamline as it’s popularity increases.I’d love a caffeine free opt. Maybe the tea opts on the TOP of the menu( since it’s a tea world)...read full review
It was a really nice place. Very inviting people, and the owner was super nice. He gives out discounts for military because he's from military background. My kids and I will be going
