I’ve never written a bad review but unfortunately the service makes this place unworthy of a visit. Besides the initial ask for our drink order no one so much as stared in our direction for the rest of the night. After about 30 minutes I had to waive a server down to put in our food order. Our meal finally made it our way after a few pit stops at 2 other tables. We never saw anyone again. Not once. We contemplated dining and dashing just to see if anyone would notice but we’re good people so we didn’t. Real bummer since the food is actually delicious. Maybe just take out in the future?

Late night to-go order of filet mignon pho, had to reheat the broth but debatably the best pho I’ve ever had. Adding the hoisin sauce takes away from the already delicious flavor, usually I add a little but it’s good on its own. Want to come back for more food and the bar next time. Service was fast, attentive and friendly, atmosphere was chill and looked upscale.

Trung and his team are a well oiled machine. Customer service is excellent, food is delicious and the entire place is a vibe. Smaller establishment but it gives it an intimate feel. Pretty sure it reservation only. Special thanks to Sean the bar tender and Trung the owner for providing such a great first experience!

This is truly a hidden gem tucked away nicely on the corner of Telegraph & 40th Str. Parking could be an issue but beyond that, is an experience worth every bit. Co Nam offers a very stylish and elevated Vietnamese dining experience, the food is as tasty as it is wonderfully presented. The cocktails are also spectacular and pairs well with the food. We had the beef carpaccio, chicken pho, and fried basa fish & every dish hit the spot. It also has limited seating so reservations may be required.

We got take out from him on a visit to Oakland. The food was delicious. We had the crispy rolls which are some of the best I've had and the grilled chicken noodle bowl which was also fresh and tasty.

Tasty, elevated Vietnamese served in smartly decorated, SoHo style surroundings (a touch of industrial-chic).Bun Rieu, thin rice noodles served in slightly pungent tomato-seafood broth was yummy. Mixed greens and shaved onions on top gave a refreshing touch. The giant meatball however could have used a bit more texture of shrimp and lump crab beyond just mince.Overall, a great Vietnamese/Southeast Asian option on Telegraph.

I had a wonderful Sunday brunch experience celebrating my 57th bday. Cho is a great bartender enjoyed my passion fruit and lychee mimosas.?? I also had a appetizer crispy roll delicious!!! Looking forward to trying more food and drink selections. Excellent service and just all around nice vibe in Oakland.
