Please update your Yelp, I came here at 3 PM and it says you are open but you were closed. I walked four blocks over from the store I was shopping at to get coffee only to find a closed and have to walk all the way back.

Love Cole! Freshly roasted beans to buy or have them grind and drop - quite a few choices of SS or blends. Also, a little secret to get a Boishik Bagel fast - order it at Cole with whatever you want on it!

Great coffee shop. You can get drinks and food in the main storefront, or go around to the bean shop on the side. I always enjoyed the cold brew and a pound of beans. There's a large variety of beans, and they will grind them for you if you want. The staff is friendly. If you visit often, they will recognize you. I don't live in the area anymore but I try to stop in whenever I'm nearby.

Total gem! The red sea and other ethiopian pour overs - take time, but well worth the wait. The poached eggs and toast are classic, and love the people's donuts in the case. My favorite cup of strong coffee in the Bay - ice coffee is also strong.

Best coffee in the East Bay, I kid you not. Seated clientele's average age seems about 70, all old men, so I felt right at home. I have now renamed it the "Alte Kake Kafe" :))

This is my go-to neighborhood coffee shop. The quality of the coffee and the people that work there do not go unnoticed. I have tried several things on the espresso menu and usually rotate my order from the cold brew, americano, cappuccino, or latte. Nothing has ever disappointed! The hours are a little funky here and always changing but just check online for the most updated! The interior cafe has different hours than the walk up ordering but I love being able to sit inside and get a little work done at the cafe. It has a homey atmosphere and people are friendly.

Good coffee shop! I was in the area and looking for my afternoon coffee and found this place. There are a few other chain coffee shops nearby, but I like supporting and trying independent places when possible. I liked the coffee and would go back. The inside was closed and I would have liked to stay for a while indoors. Maybe next time.

Cole coffee is your regular neighborhood brakfast/lunch spot with a simple food and drink menu. There is a good amount of seating inside and around the establishment on the sidewalk. I likely wouldn't return as I prefer the quality from standalone coffee shops, but it remains a solid meetup spot!
