burger very good and juicy, very plumped and exquisite. Fries so fried and potatoey. Their soda so bubbly. Their chips are so crunchy. Their mushroom burgers are so very mushroom filled

I've been meaning to review J's for a while because the food is good and the owners are better. J's is a small burger shack just outside of a large parking lot on Dennison. It ain't fancy, but it's the burger you remember from diners when you were a kid. They have a few special items on the menu, like the teriyaki burger (which is good), but it's all about that classic cheeseburger for me. Please support this family operated establishment! Their menu ain't too crazy but it's got what you need for a solid breakfast or lunch. They're only open til 3 though. I work around the corner so I dropped in for lunch and got the crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings. The rings were huge with a light tempura batter. The chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy. The owners are super sweet and attentive. Everything is made fresh to order. Definitely a go-to.
