A friend recommended this place, so I decided to stop by and get the Malibu Burger single, which tasted great! The bun had a great crisp, almost like it was toasted on the inside. The burger didn't taste overly greasy and it came with Impossible meat (though you can switch it for Beyond Meat, if you'd like). I tried Malibu Burger for the first time after my sister kept recommending it to me. They have a variety of burgers so you're guaranteed to find something you like. I tried the Needy Meaty burger with a gluten-free bun and the Tasha sauce since I don't like my burgers spicy. The owner, Darren is so polite and professional. We had the Catalina Burger and loaded fries with the gluten free- everything was excellent! Great location, we had a nice sunny seat by the window and then owner Darren came over and chatted with us and double checked to make sure our order adhered our dietary restrictions.
