Well, it's a McDonald's. Sums it up, yeh know.Parking: Enough slots that if you pull through the drive-thru and decide to eat your fries while they are hot it's usually not a problem.

I can't really remember how it went, or what I had, but I'd definitely remember if I wasn't satisfied..

I usually come here when I'm in the area, just because it's convenient. I would like to report a very rude guy who was working the drive through line. He yelled at me multiple times and tried to blame me for not speaking loud enough. Because I think we both knew it wasn't really me who was the problem, I calmly asked him "why are you so angry with me?" to which he replied pretty politely that he was just trying to move the line forward. It was appreciated that he didn't want to make it a big deal, but still this is no excuse to be yelling at someone who didn't do anything to illicit this response. He definitely tried to be very nice to me after that, clearing his throat from yelling and also trying not to piss me off, which definitely worked, but I think it happened this way because he knew he wasn't really right. To me, these days, there is no excuse for this, in this world where we just don't need that, and especially at a freaking McDonalds. I do feel that he is inadequate at the job, because when he got mad at himself and/or the job, he took it out on the world and/or people around him, when it was him who couldn't keep up the pace. This to me is indicative of a poor employee and someone who is worth mentioning, so I'm writing a Yelp review. He was a young man, African American, regular clothing (light blue shirt), ears pierced diamond studs, at the drive through window. I do not take it lightly being yelled at by a McDonalds employee when I'm just trying to buy some McDonalds. It's a crappy place with a crappy employee. No respect from me.

I occasionally come to this McDonald's when I find myself in Emeryville, as this is one of the closest locations. There's usually a homeless person hanging around outside, and sometimes some more inside as well. The parking lot is typically sparsely populated and hidden around back, so it does get a bit sketch sometimes when parked and waiting for your food to arrive through curbside delivery. On my last order, my soda cup was strangely only 70% full and there was soda spilled all over the side that they made no attempt to clean up before handing off to me. On the bright side however, none of my orders have come out wrong so far or with missing items.
