Great little coffee shop. There's a bunch of locations in Oakland, but I come to this one the most because of how often I crave it on my walk to BART.My usual order is a burnt cinnamon latte or a chai latte. The burnt cinnamon options have a nice amount of flavor without being overly sweet.
I have found heaven at Modern Coffee. The Kashmiri Chai is so good ! I have been going there quite often now. I'm not a coffee drinker but understand that they do a great job in that department also, especially the Burnt Cinnamon Latte. My new go to tea spot in downtown Oakland for sure !!! In fact, I'm going today

Very clean, great service, and welcoming environment. I love the ambiance and vibe. I a coffee with their home made syrup and I loved it. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
