The Chicken Cobb Salad is fantastic! They are at a new location and not fully opening until August 1. Right now just salads and sandwiches. They don't have a sign yet, but it's the bright yellow building on the corner of MacArthur and Lewis. The owner is very friendly and service is good.
I was just at their new site today with a friend. We both had the spinach salad with bacon, egg, avocado and mushrooms. We had a long conversation with James, the owner. Grand opening is Aug 1 and they ARE now open for breakfast @ 7 am. His goal is to encourage healthy eating. Adding multigrain waffle, eggs and a couple of proteins for breakfast. Amazing! New go-to lunch spot for sure! Fresh, healthy, huge portion, great price, friendly staff. This place is amazing! Currently no sign out front so look for the big yellow/blue building and go on in! Exciting to see a place close by with vegetarian friendly options. Will definitely frequent this place for more healthy lunch time picks!
