Their meats are high quality. Very busy during weekends. I would suggest to go there at around 3-4 so you can have better experience.

Amazing Korean BBQ! Food and staff are amazing. Be careful parking if you can’t park in their lot.

It has a great atmosphere and is a great place for family gatherings. The service is good and the food is generally good, but there are some disappointments.

In May 2021, I had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary delights of Ohgane Oakland, and the memory of that visit still lingers as a testament to the restaurant's excellence in Korean cuisine. From the moment I stepped through the door, Ohgane impressed with its inviting ambiance, attentive service, and, most notably, its delectable array of Korean dishes. The restaurant's interior exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, blending modern aesthetics with traditional Korean elements. The sleek yet cozy design set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The staff at Ohgane Oakland demonstrated professionalism and a genuine passion for sharing the rich tapestry of Korean flavors with their patrons.

Went expecting charcoal Korean BBQ because it literally says charcoal on the big sign outside, but all the grills were gas.The meat was pretty good, but my favorite - spicy pork - was too fatty and thick. The service was very quick, no complaints there. They also proactively changed the grills several times without us having to ask.Overall, we had a good time and left full. It would have been 4 stars if it weren't for the charcoal deceit.Parking: There's a private parking with a security guard, which is really important in Oakland these days, but it was full. Fortunately, I found a street spot right outside the parking lot.

food was delish, and service was on point! very clean for a korean bbq joint, which was nice. a security guard keeps hoodlums out of the restaurant's parking lot, which is an added bonus (especially since the restaurant is in oakland, which has recently been overrun by car thieves / break-ins). docked one star off the atmosphere rating because there was a ridiculously loud, unruly drunk patron who imo should have been told to simmer down, or shown the door.

Great lunch experience with Korean BBQ. Courteous servers and easy to pick the all you can eat. Our grill trays were replaced and fresh ones supplied. 3 meat requests at a time.. and we could request half portions . Barley tea was a great supplement. We tried the spicy pork, chicken, bulgogi, short ribs, seasoned prime steak, thin pork, pineapple, onions and mushrooms. Korean Miso soup was lovely and the sides were great. The sweet potato had a nice crunch. Has plenty seating..Parking: Has private parking though limitedWheelchair accessibility: Great accessibility

Great place to do All You Can Eat Korean BBQ. The staff are super attentive, plus there is a call button in case you need to get their attention. All the meats were good, the staff switched out the grill whenever it was getting charred up, and we never had to wait long for them to bring us what we asked for.

Delicious BBQ in a fun environment. Great place to take the fellas for MEATS and BEERS! I kinda like the Alameda location a smidge better though!
