I ordered online and they did not have my food ready even though I arrived 15 min after my order was “ready”. They didn’t even have my order on their end, they had to use my phone to see what I ordered. I asked the cashier for a refund if it wasn’t ready and she ignored my request. I ordered ahead of time because I was in a time crunch. I got the salad with chicken and it was nothing out of this world. Total for the salad= $13.22

Simple and delicious food offerings. The restrooms are super clean and it is an open kitchen set up and they are clean. Staff is friendly :)

The service was great! I ordered the chicken combination with just macaroni and veggies. The veggies they have displayed are not the veggies you get! They give you a plethora of hard ass veggies which consist of big ass squares of cabbage and one piece of broccoli! The combo is almost $16 and they give you one piece of chicken katsu and one piece of teriyaki chicken that they don't even put any teriyaki on. You have to use the packets of teriyaki they have in the condiments section. There were more big ass pieces of cabbage than macaroni and chicken! So I paid $16 for cabbage! Never going here again! Never ever!

I ordered the island fire chicken and the kalua pork as an aloha plate. This was my first time so I didn't realize there wouldn't be Mac salad with my dish but I didn't need it! The food was really good! The island fire was spicy but sooo delicious. The service was great! Quick and the person that took my order was kind. I feel like I found a hidden gem. One photo I mixed it around so you could see the rice underneath the meat!

By far the best Ono I've been to in a long time. The place was clean, the food fresh, and packed neat which are all pluses when I eat take out! I had to give them a great review as I'm eating leftovers 2 days later.Thx to the staff & management.

So disappointed. Have eaten here many times but, today was bad. Shrimp undercooked and chicken overcooked. Cabbage has a weird smell. Heart's broken and I'm hungry.
