The gentleman works there on 8/15/23 morning is very nice and patience, despite being by himself with a line of customers. Safeway and/or Starbucks should consider giving him some help, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers

My experience at the Starbucks inside Safeway was decent. While the convenience of having a coffee shop within the store is nice, the service felt a bit rushed and impersonal. The drink I ordered was made correctly, but it lacked the usual attention to detail that I've come to expect from other Starbucks locations. The seating area was limited and not very comfortable for a longer stay. Overall, it's a convenient option for a quick caffeine fix while shopping, but I wouldn't choose it for a cozy coffee outing.

I'm here Saturday at 3:45pm and they are closed! Past cleaning up because no staff are present. Other days they have closed an hour earlier than 6pm to "start cleaning up."Staff is pleasant.

I had a deal that would save me a lot of money on a drink, so I decided to get a strawberry creme frappuccino, venti size. The Starbucks worker was quite patient and helpful as I tried to figure out how to use my coupon and also get stars for my order. They were also quick to make my drink (though there wasn't anyone in line ahead of me, thankfully). I was happy with the service I received and the drink tasted just as I expected as well. I only wish it was possible to use the Starbucks app to order ahead when it comes to these Starbucks shops that are located within Safeways, but at least I could order a drink and then have it to enjoy while doing my grocery shopping.
There was only 1 person taking orders and making them. She needed help.

?? As I entered the store, the barista is standing near the door eating a breakfast sandwich. I smiled and approached the counter. She says very loudly that the other barista called in sick, so there was no one to make drinks because she was on her break at the moment. I couldn't even be upset about it honestly, so I just went to Philz next door. ?
