If you're ever in the area of Alcatraz and Shattuck and it's lunch time or dinner time please make sure to stop ? in and grab you something delicious ? this location has a very humble respectful staff fresh vegetables ? great protein ??? and they definitely have parking ?️ get your sandwich ? toasted or have it cold I'm painting ? ?️ a couple of blocks away from this location and this is all I have been buying for lunch 3weeks str8 but don't take my word visit this location for and it is definitely wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely

Between no tuna on my tuna sandwich, a hair on my GFs veggie, and them not refunding me or adding more tuna I'm pretty annoyed. Not the first time this location skimp on meat, it's straight trash. I'm actually annoyed, I went back thinking they have two veggies, she told me to go get the sandwhichC walked back to my house a 3rd time and grabbed it, opened there and found there was tuna in it just incredibly hard to fine. She says she did 4 scoops, yeah sure sure okay. And that was it. No remake San which, no added tuna, no refund, just sorry you get what you get. Not worth a fight over $20 something but you think after I point out these issues and question a few times they'd at least idk try??!? Not to mention they fucked up an online order, not toasted, asked for light sauce and my sand which is mushy by the time this is done. Don't support these ppl.

Got to the store 10 mins later than time then my footlong should be ready, it was preparing during next 5 mins at least, so already 15 mins delay. It was No look chicken by Patrick Mahomes, from online only menu - terrible as hell. Literally only bread, sauce, spinach and black olives. Maybe 4 very small and thin pieces of chicken. Compare to picture online it was like day and night. Absolutely tasteless, only chicken had some taste. But because it was just micro amount of it in general just tasteless. No salt no pepper no parmesan weren't added. I started to feel hungry again finishing my order. Hopefully it had half of announced calories. Definitely worse Subway order ever based on my experience.

This is a family run business and the people are very pleasant and try to make good sandwiches. It's seldom crowded but normally we get lunch to go. There's parking and a rest room, kinda light on ambiance,
Food was good but service was WORST I’ve seen in a while. The lady helping me was talking to someone on the phone the whole time I was ordering and when I told her I don’t want olives and i don’t want yellow pepper, guess what she put on the sandwich. Both of those things!!! Never coming back which sucks because I just moved in to the neighborhood a few days ago and I live a few houses down and I love subway. But I’d rather drive to another location than walk the 3 minutes to this one if that’s the service.

Decent enough service. I only wish the produce was still of quality by lunch time????. I've gone twice and had to skip a few items because the quality was poor. I wish they would fix the problem so I could return.

I don't usually put reviews but this place honestly has to be the worst subway I've ever been to. The girl that was working today 06/24/2022 @4pm honestly should be fired. She was preparing my food like just throwing it around and proceeded to put spoiled avocado it was literally dark already it wasn't even green. I told her I didn't want the avocado like that she didn't care I was not trying to argue so I was like whatever I'm in a hurry I proceeded to pay and she threw the receipt at me. The place was very dirty the food was nasty everything tasted old. Subway should think about the type of employees there hiring this is absolutely unacceptable.
