Ordered the chicken and lamb kebabs to go. Overall, a very good meal. Nice salad sides - creative and flavorful. Cauliflower, beet, carrot were delicious, but the sauerkraut was more like a red cabbage salad - needed more tang and fermentation. Tender kebabs both chicken and lamb. Enjoyed the flat bread - nice when still warm. Liked the clean and spartan interior and open kitchen - will dine in next time as the kebabs and bread should be eaten while still hot. DEEElicious kebabs (Lamb! Chicken! Trumpet mushrooms!!!) served with perfect, pillowy, chewy flatbread and a forest of fresh herbs. Wonderful, pickly salads, a dollop of bright yogurt, a smear of fermented chili sauce and oh my god so good! Mashed lentils are offered as a GF option to the flatbread but If GF isn’t your requirement, get the flat bread and a side of the mashed lentils! And then there’s the perfect, crispy fries! They cant make the food healthier, if they tried! Very tasty, fresh, healthy food. Everything we had was super good. Kudos to them for having a veggie kebab! Even the fries here are amazing, the seasoning is heavenly. Salads are all pickled, that means the most digestible salads! Even the flat bread used in sandwich is amazing.
