Cafe Uccello is my little haven away from the chaos, where productivity meets pleasure. The vibe here is like a burst of energy, perfect for digging into work or just soaking in the moment.Today, I indulged in the egg, cheese, and spinach croissant, and it was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The menu boasts a tempting array of options, ensuring there's something for every palate. In essence, Cafe Uccello isn't just a coffee shop; it's a haven where the ambiance, service, and views converge to create a truly delightful escape. It's become more than a place to enjoy a meal—it's a comforting embrace on the busiest of days.

Paid $5 to wait 10 minutes for a cream cheese bagel with a nonexistent smear. Also got the small talk right when it came time to add the tip at the register.

I was charged $10 for a croissant with only egg and bacon and the egg was precooked and gross.

Fantastic food! The spicy chili sauce that comes with each sandwich is incredible!!
We ordered take out for Cafe Uccello and it was so good! I had the matcha honey latte and it was one of the best matchas I’ve had in a long time. It was take out so I can’t say much about the actual place but the Lox bagel sandwich and matcha latte were *chefs kiss* they gave us chili oil with our sandwich and it was so good but pretty spicy. I’m coming back here when I visit Oakland again.

Lovely little downtown cafe that serves good coffee and excellent breakfast Croissants (had the ham, egg & cheese). The service was absolutely excellent.I was wondering why the secondary room where you go to sit is so bland. The first part where you order your food is totally cute. Then you go into the seating area and it's acoustic tiles and fluorescent lighting like you would find in a business cubicle. Not exactly relaxing or fun when you're trying to have a coffeehouse experience.I would totally remodel that if I were you. Paint your walls. Something other than a bland white and get rid of the acoustic office ceiling tile. I absolutely hate fluorescent lighting. I mean I hate fluorescent lighting! It would be easy to make that second room cool.Otherwise, great food, good coffee and excellent service.Let me say that again. It was excellent service. I hope you are paying your employees appropriately.

Very professional staff. Admirable level of precision with my very specific coffee order. A lot of intriguing choices for coffee flavors as well, such as rose cardamom. Cute little spot that I'll definitely come back to.

What a great spot to enjoy some coffee and breakfast (in the afternoon!). Walls covered in beautiful and playful art. Lots of seating options, in two rooms. Great service from staff. The lox bagel on asiago, breakfast croissant (with ham, egg, and cheddar), and banana bread loaf were all super tasty... the sauce that came on the side with our sandwiches was intense (but I have a low tolerance for spiciness). We enjoyed our drinks as well, the kale 1669 juice, and iced mocha. And no problems finding street parking on the same block on a Sunday afternoon.
