I made my order at the intercom. When I arrive to the first window I paid for my order. And then when I arrived to the second window I noticed that they charged me for the wrong. So they had to give me a refund and charge me for the correct order. And that took another 20 minutes at the second window. Causing a long behind me.

Some kid working the second window doesn’t have any customer service skills and it is BEYOND HORRIFIC! I wish I got his name, I went around 9:50 pm on 12/31/23. I can’t even get a simple “hello”, young brown Latino male.I’ve tried to give him benefit of the doubt, but this is my second encounter with him. Seriously dude!? Hope you read this.

Cold French fries. Yuck. Breakfast is always hot and delicious though. I did ask for cream and sugar in my coffee and it was black... it's the little things. Lol. I still love McD's though.
