SUNSHINE KITCHEN WAS PRETTY GOOD AND NOT TOO BAD. Excellent really, wish I could give it a 4.5 stars.The rice was pretty good and the sushi was better. My wife and I shared the teriyaki diner plate. The dish came with lots of stuff. It was essentially a little sampler. We also got the fried chicken appetizer. The Tempura batter, instead of being crispy, was disappointingly soggy and soft. Additionally, the teriyaki sauce proved to be too sweet for my liking.On a positive note, the redeeming factor is the affordability of the menu.
