Food was hot tonight however make sure they start advertising on tv with there little promotions that it's 25cents a ranch Even though I got 2 tacos A chicken sandwich and fries Ur stingy with 1-2 ranches but yet give me a handfull of taco sauce... According to the little girl it changes a few months ago.

Probably the only Jack in the box who makes you pay for a tablespoon of ranch. I get it if people order excessively amounts of ranch but I literally just spent $20 and ask for the lady with the messy hair and red shirt for a ranch and she said oh, it's not free you need to pay for it. I'm not gonna let you re run my card for 25 fucking cents, I'm sure that option isn't even available on the screen.

I ordered a combo #1 which is the bacon Swiss buttery jack and once I'm about to eat I noticed the bun was a bit toasted kinda dry, then I bit into the burger and the burger in my mouth was even drier. Which is odd because it should come soft and saucy like always but this cook made me a dry burger.

Graciela is amazing! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a jack in the box. I was clueless when I was ordering some of the new items that are on the menu but she was beyond helpful thank Graciela!!!

I go to those Jack-in-the-Box every day for lunch and given mine. I only have 30 minutes on my lunch I get to the speaker the girl taking my order was really rude rushing me to order kept cutting me off and once I get to the window she takes my card charges me And then this guy gives me my food and I look in the bag and my order is messed up and I tell the guy I'm missing an item and he says oh you weren't charge for it and I specifically said well I had told her to add it when I was taking my order and then as the window is closing, the girl makes a comment to the guy saying that I apparently never told her that I wanted that item, so not only did she rush me. She messed up my order, then charged me for messing up. My order made me park and wait for them to get the order. She was very unprofessional, and her attitude was poor, do not recommend going to the Jack-in-the-Box ever again I believe her name was Daisy or Daniela 'or something like that but I tried to call the store no answer so I cannot make an all complaint and on top of that my food was cold.
