My first time here. I tried to order a sandwich, but that was an issue. While trying to explain how I wanted my sandwich, I was just told ok ok ok. I said, no mayo, no onions, and before I could finish. I was cutoff and was told “it’s all on the side”. I got my sandwich and there is nothing on the side. It has mayo, oh, but the onions were on the side. Everything else was wrong. To end this with a positive. The bread is fresh. Won’t come back again.

The bbq pork is good. The egg rolls are nice when hot. Make sure you ask them to cut the sandwich in half and ask for a pack of soy sauce. Maybe drizzle a third of the pack in a sandwich.

I only come for the bread. The bread is pretty good and inexpensive. I have tried a few sandwiches and I was not impressed at all. Honestly, the smell makes me gag.It is wheelchair accessible and there was plenty of convenient parking.

Their sign states they close at 8pm however today it's 6:30pm and they're already closing. I've come by at 7pm and they are closed.

Stingy with the iced coffee. 1 hour later and my cup was still mostly ice.

They were nice it's just they rip you off, the sandwich had 2 pieces of meat and it was very dry. For the price I don't recommend.

Stingy service really cheap atmosphere.I've visited this location twice now, and I must say, my experiences have left me rather disappointed. Reading the reviews online, I had hoped my encounters were isolated incidents, but it appears I'm not the only one facing issues here.My first visit was marked by a frustrating phone order. The girl on the other end seemed reluctant to take my order without immediate payment, even though I assured her I was just five minutes away from the store and would pay upon arrival. Despite this, she insisted I pay online before they would even begin preparing my food. This unnecessary hassle left me irritated, but I chalked it up to a one-time inconvenience. The second visit, however, was just as problematic. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. A fellow customer had already complained about receiving a different bread than advertised for his breakfast sandwich. Seeing this, I decided to change my order as well. What followed was an absurd ordeal, where they had to call the manager on the phone just to swap the bread to a regular croissant. This incident made me question the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. While the food itself is good, the constant battles one has to fight just to get what they paid for make the overall experience less than enjoyable. If you're willing to go through the hassle and assert yourself to ensure you receive what you ordered, this might be the place for you. However, if you prefer a hassle-free dining experience, I strongly advise against visiting this location. It's unfortunate for me that this place is the closest to my house. Given the option, I'd much rather patronize establishments like the one in Magnolia and ball rd They offer not only great food but also excellent service, without customers having to jump through hoops.

I don’t the fact the bread was so hard and old! How can you serve stale bread? The other Lee Sandwiches locations have better quality of food. Also I ordered the pork roll #2 and whoever made my sandwich forget butter and soysauce in the sandwich…. Only pork slices, veggies and stale bread.I tried to give this location a try several times given how much closer it is than westminster but almost every time, the quality of the food is just not good and this was the last chance I’m giving it.

Not a great first experience. Rude! The girl taking my order seemed to be trying to rush me out. Didn't even ask what I wanted on my sandwich. I don't recommend this place. Really unprofessional.

I wasn’t really impressed, and the service was a little rude. It was my first time there and apparently I got in the wrong line. I ordered and paid for pick up, but they didn’t want me to stand in the pick up line. They wanted me to get in the regular line. Usually the point of a pick up, call ahead order and payment is to skip the line. I appreciated the feedback of letting me know where to stand, but I think the language barrier made it come off as harsher than intended. Anyway, the star review is primarily based off the quality of the breakfast sandwiches. That’s all we tried. Go ahead and give it a try if you’re flexible with your expectations.

I ordered a combination #1 without chili. I took a bite and noticed the chili in there and washed my mouth with water. I took it back and showed it. The lady just removed the chili and gave it back to me upside down to make me think it was a new one. Then I took another 2 bites. I felt the chili and took out the sandwich notice the other end was my original bite mark. For 7.99 I am going subway next time.

Food is good but they seem to be chronically understaffed. Takes a while to get an order in.Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian sandwich is very good and is actually a premium item on the menu.. costs a few cents more then the rest but totally worth getting.. I'm not vegetarian, but I'll buy it from time to time just because it's tasty.

Food tastes great but they are so stingy with the meat on the BBQ pork sandwich. I showed them how meager the meat was and they said I can pay more for extra meat. Made me want to take the money I put in the tip jar (after paying before seeing what I would get) back out and use that to pay for my "extra meat". Love Bahn Mi but would prefer a mom n pop shop that actually appreciates my business and the fact that I always tip whether it's eat in or take out because I too work in the service industry.

Went in for the first time. Had never eaten there before. Was looking over the menu and the gentlemen helping us seemed irritated that we didn't know the ordering system. My girlfriend actually cried when she got outside. She went back to the car, I waited for the food , took it to the car and ate. Bread of the sandwiches were good, the meats and toppings didn't taste that great.
