The sushi was amazing! Loved the quality of food. Here is my ONLY complaint: they had offered miso soup when I had sat down and I thought it was free. They ended up charging me 3$ for the soup when the bill came. This somewhat bothered me because I wasn't warned or else I wouldn't have gotten it. Otherwise, the food and the service is great. Recommend people to try this place out!

I went here for dinner last with a few coworkers and we had a great time! Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The people who work here, especially Yuki are very friendly and accommodating. The ambience was very relaxed and welcoming, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for a great experience!

Three of us had Omakase for dinner. We wanted to try whatever they recommended that night, so it was the perfect choice. Chef explained about the fish and I learned a lot about some fish I never had before. We all enjoyed Fresh fish, pretty presentation, and good service!! They are also busy for take out or online order too. So we also enjoyed wonderful sushi that we didn't eat, but we're going back to try those next time.

I love this restaurant. the people are friendly, the food delicious and fresh. I had the mango and tuna salad. It was fabulous. my husband loved his spinach and sesame sauce salad and sushi. they even told me how to make the spinach salad at home...

Terribly overpriced for dinner, so much soy sauce on unagi, horribly over salted when the "older" white hair senior sushi chef was there, only go when the younger one is there never go on Wed or Thursday, total waste of money, even the salad was over salted.

Service was nice because the sushi chef, Jerry spoke the same dialect as my mom and I, but the fish quality wasn't great and the egg dish that was prepared for us was atrocious and tasted very grotesque and I had mild food poisoning that night. The vibe was very nice because there is a beautiful fish aquarium tank and Brazilian Bossa Nova music playing in the background. Even though this restaurant is very new, I have a lot of faith in this restaurant to be successful in the time coming...

We've been wanting to try this place based on social media reviews in our area. We came by last night around 6:30- place was empty but they were doing a lot of takeout orders. We received a friendly greeting and were seated right away. Upon glancing at the menu, we noted that the prices were on the high side, but if the food was good, then it'd be worth it. We started with a Dragon Roll- it was tasty... unagi was crispy and broiled well. Our miso soup was warm, not hot, and the mixed greens salad had a nice ginger and miso dressing. Took a bit for our entrees to come out. One of the owners brought out a comp'd dish of tamago and pickled takuan and apologized for the delay. Wife got the Tonkotsu ramen: nice big bowl of rich broth and two large pieces of char siu- very good. The obligatory soft boiled egg wasn't to our liking: it was marinated in sake and Shoyu and we didn't care for it. Son's beef teriyaki entree and my chicken teriyaki entrees came out shortly thereafter. The beef Teri was a nice big piece of sliced rib eye, medium rare- the dish was barely warm and the Teri sauce was a bit under seasoned for our taste. The chicken Teri was a large thin breast, again warm, not hot. Our water was filled quickly, but there was a mishap as the owner knocked over a glass of water, which broke on the floor. My pants leg was soaked, but not a huge deal. Will we come back? Not sure at this point-

Amazing lunch at O'Yammy Sushi! I ordered the Mango salad with tuna and Sake Toro Nigiri. The tuna and all ingredients were bright and fresh, and the presentation was beautiful! Sake Toro is my favorite- it was a beautiful cut, the rice was perfect, and very satisfying. The sushi Chef, Yuki, also sent out a complimentary appetizer of a dish he just created with Tamagoyaki and pickled cucumber, also with a beautiful presentation. The service was great, and Yuki even checked on all guests himself to make sure everything was to their liking. I made sure to thank Yuki on my way out- we chatted for a few minutes and he showed me some of the unique fish they bring in fresh- I really appreciated the personalized and friendly service. I'll be back for sure, and probably sit at the sushi bar next time to see what creations Yuki is working on!

This incredible independent sushi spot is an absolute GEM!!! We are very picky about our fresh fish having lived in Hawaii. the chef, Yuki, is a true master chef and unlike so many other sushi chefs, aims to please each and every patron. please do yourself a favor, and come and enjoy the artisanal sushi

Our new favorite sushi spot! The quality of the fish is amazing. I just had the best sashimi platters I have ever had. They are also the perfect spot for children with a huge selection of rolls and little chopstick helpers. Highly recommend!

A Hidden Gem. Located across the street from Safeway and a few doors down from Starbucks is a wonderful Japanese restaurant. The food was super fresh tasting and beautifully presented. Absolutely delicious. Attentive service as well. I know we'll be back. You all should check it out.
