I've come to chipotle 2-3 times a week for years. Everyone is usually nice. This time, the girl (pale skin, short black hair) who works the front line was intentionally rude to me. I was kind to her, had a simple modification to my order, and she scoffed in annoyance and then complained about me to her coworker loud enough that I could hear it by the drink station. I've managed restaurants for years and this is not acceptable behavior.

Tiny 13 dollar asada burrito. It seems when you order with the app they don't fill it. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

The food is just good but the workers is so bad when i ask for a double rice and they scoop it only one. They also wrap so bad and my food got destroyed after this like they even don't know how to roll it up.

Disappointed on my online order. Order two chicken Al pastor salad bowls. One, hardly any salad. I ordered fajitas. They didn’t put any fajitas on any of those orders. They put Xtra chicken which I ordered on the wrong order. We also ordered chips and they were stale. So expensive and very disappointing.

Normally I guess I'd give a Chipotle 3.2 stars... but seriously people? You're in Southern California and can't find better Mexican options than Chipotle? Try downtown Oxnard next time. The food here is what it is. They are relatively fast serving it most days, and are also open "late night" for the city of Oxnard (10pm), which is a good 3 hours past the Oxnard's bedtime. The city needs its beauty rest apparently because there is mostly nothing going on in this town after 8pm...except Chipotle and Von's.
