A really cute place with great Ambiance and customer service. The hostess was so kind and friendly. I've been here before but this time I opted for the takeout option. She was kind enough to bring in my food while I sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The food is always delicious and I love that you can customize the spicy level. I usually get the Drunken Noodles and it never disappoints. Great flavor great service!

Food was good and fresh! Well seasoned, but could stand to be a bit spicier for my tastes. If you like any heat at all make sure and let them know, the default I ordered on my chicken and basil was decidedly mild! I'll be back for sure and will order spicy!

The food was so good I didn't stop to take photos.A very relaxing atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!Try the house special seafood soup, it was amazing!

Delicious! Lots of vegetarian options. Very flavorful, with the option of mild to hot flavor. I requested a “3” for heat level and my meal was pleasantly spicy. Service was prompt and server was polite. Comfortable outdoor seating available, as well as indoor dining.

Ordered the green curry and papaya salad. Both absolutely delicious and plenty of food. Very friendly staff, and ready exactly when promised for pickup. For sure my go to Thai in the area!

we sympathize with our local restaurants and we've all endured limited menus, cold food and poor service ..... so it was so refreshing to visit Pacific Thai again after a long while. SAME GREAT FOOD, SAME GREAT SERVICE ! For a short time, we could forget all that we've been through and enjoy delicious hot food, served with great hospitality ! This doesn't mean our experience was the same as before - the restaurant has spaced out their indoor tables and still has tables outdoors. Safety protocols are being observed. But, we came for delicious food and we were NOT disappointed. Thank you, Pacific Thai, for giving us a little normalcy, and good food. We had the lunch specials, which are a generous sized portion; they also come with a delicious soup. The price is very reasonable and there are plenty of choices; we could easily come up with four to share.

My wife had the salmon mango entree and it was good, I had the chicken teriyaki. Mistake..dry sent back and shared my wife’s meal.

I haven't been here in over 10 years since I saw hair in one of my dishes. I finally gave in to see how it. We ordered the coconut milk soup(chicken), chicken satay, beef pad see ew and beef panang curry. When the food came out we didn't realize the curry didn't come with rice so we later orders that on the side. The rice was a bit dry for my taste but when you put the curry over it, it was just fine. The Coconut milk soup was very flavorful. It was not served in a hot pot just in a regular bowl. (Sorry forgot to take pictures) It had a lot of mushrooms and good amount of chicken but a bit lacking on the lemon grass to my liking. The chicken satay was a bit dry but the peanut butter sauce made up for that. The one thing I didn't have anything to say was the pad see ew. On point . The staff just served the food and never once check up on us or ask us how our food was. The price is what you will expect for being in pacific grove. I would drive a bit further to Seaside or Monterey if I were craving Thai for the bang of my buck.

Best Thai food my wife and I have found in the US. Expect to pay around $15-25 per person. And it’s worth every penny. The portions are substantial and the quality is incredible. We’ve gone twice (so far) in the short time we’ve been in Monterey - 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, both on Saturdays. And both times there have been only one or two other tables. Maybe they get busier during peak meal times? If so, there might be a wait since there aren’t a lot of tables.

Great choice for Thai in the area. Curries and salad were great, pad thai was disappointing (tasted a bit like noodles soaked in tomato sauce)

Good comfort food on a cold day in Monterey. We ordered the pad Thai and drunken noodles, both very flavorful. The service was excellent and location was on a very cute street where you can take a stroll after you eat!

My mom, cousin and I came here for dinner as it was recommended and we were staying up the street. We ordered Thai iced tea, Tom Kha, papaya salad, and Pad Thai with shrimp. The soup and salad were both delicious, so it was worth getting those. Both my cousin and I wished there was a little more spice though. The Pad Thai was disappointing. I usually judge a Thai place based on their Pad Thai since it's usually the most popular dish and someone at the table is gonna order it, and this was just bland, mostly noodles with very little shrimp or flavor. Other reviews noted lack of spice or flavor in other dishes as well so it's obvious the restaurant is catering to a much older and whiter clientele. The service however was very good. Our waitress was very nice, accommodating, and served us quickly. I think she was one of the owners? I liked her a lot. The decor is also really well done and the inside of the restaurant was comfortable. All servers (and cooks that I could see) were still wearing masks which is greatly appreciated. Overall, it was fine, but don't eat in a wealthy tourist area if you want Thai.

Ordered the Pad thai and pot stickers. Both were just the way I like it. The pad Thai was a little sticky and slightly sweet; just squeeze some lime and it’s perfect! Best of all the wait staff were intelligent and attentive.

Delicious green curry and ice cold beer. Ask to get it spicy like I did!
