“Gillian & Gina run a beautiful business. My favorite thing to do is to make a reservation and bring friends to get the traditional Afternoon Tea Service. They also offer a more casual walk-up menu. This menu includes assorted Tea Sandwiches, Scones served with Clotted Cream and Preserves, Crumpets served with Meyer Lemon Curd, Assorted Sweets and a large variety of Loose-Leaf Teas. Everything is delicious. Also this past year they have been generously hosting Pop Ups for local makers. They also have lots of treasures for sale. Lovey's is a wonderful place.“

“I LOVE this place. I miss coming here since I moved across the water to Oakland. Every so often when I go to the city I make a point to stop in to get my favorite matcha with the red bean. I loved it so much I brought my family here who was visting from out of state. I was pleased to know they liked it as well.“

They use Straus fresh milk, Califia almond milk, and Oatly oat milk — all high-quality choices in the market.
Their boba is also amazing — always soft, chewy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
What I love most is that their drinks are never overly sweet, unlike many other shops.
Their seasonal watermelon drinks are super refreshing and perfect for summer. You can even see piles of fresh watermelon behind the counter, so I’m confident their fruit drinks are made with real, fresh ingredients.“

“I have been here since they have existed, usually when I am in the area or when I am craving for a refreshing drink. Most of the times there are lines out the door and I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I am glad they opened a location here since there are not much boba shops within the area. The staffs here are well trained, welcoming and understanding where I never encountered an issue during any of my visits. Their menu consists of traditional milk teas, fruit teas, lattes, specialty drinks and much more. Everything is made to order which is always a plus for me. You can order either from the counter or at any of their self serve kiosks. The shop is compact and it is best to wait outside after placing your order. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, anyone in need of a refresher or if you are looking to try something new. I definitely will be back to tryout the other refreshing options they have to offer.“
