Ordered through the drive-thru & got the 8 piece chicken nuggets combo meal with a mango lemonade. Opted for the honey mustard & bbq dipping sauces. The chicken was tasty & crispy just like I prefer it. I'd stick to the honey mustard sauce in the future cause the bbq sauce was too tangy for me.

There was a terrible worker there that ruined everything for me. Some dude with hair covering his face. Didn’t even say hello or anything and said nothing when he passed the terribly cooked food. The wings seemed frozen then microwaved and had sauce thrown on it. I don’t think this specific location has had a single competent employee from the 3 times I’ve been here. I’ll probably never come back here but I just wanted to leave this here.

Sitting in drive thru. It's been 25 mins so far. I have no idea what is happening but if I could I would leave. This is ridiculous. They claim the credit card reader failed.

I found a parasite in the food and they tried to tell me it was a feather I have pictures of the worm/ parasite they told me their distric manger would call me and nobody ever called me this was 2 days
Due to the Lancaster location being closed for an employee meeting (I'm assuming , to be honest I didn't take time to read the note on the door), I came to this location and was very satisfied with the customer service I received. Tyre and his team were working their tales off. I applaud them for the stressful situations they have to endure.
Went to order food got in the drive thru and was stuck in the drive thru for 40mins never got the order place at all there where more then 10 cars in front everybody had to back out of the drive

Chicken is very good but honestly the whole store needs a brand new crew half of the time the drive thru order machine is broken and they don’t post anything to say as such, half the time the dine is is closed either all day or super early, they’ll close randomly, or they’ll wait till you’re ordering to tell you that they are out of (strips, fries,light meat and so on). Over all don’t come here if you have a lunch break or limited time because odds are you’ll waste you time.
