Took forever for a waiter to come to our table. When my drink came I asked server for a straw. The server never came back with one. I tried twice to flag down our waiter and he never saw me. When I finally got his attention I told him I asked the server for a straw but never got it. I was reprimanded by him that workers there had certain responsibilities and if I needed something I needed to ask him — never mind that I tried twice to get his attention and he never noticed me. Food was fine but not worth the price we paid. Probably not going back.

Great, healthy food for adults and kids! Salmon, chicken tenders and buffalo chicken sandwich.

Pretty good food, the lavender matcha was amazing the pepperoni pizza was really good but, the service was not amazing we ordered our food and drinks and it took 15 minutes for the drinks. Then I went to the bathroom before a long drive and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, trash everywhere, clogged toilet, stalls not cleaned. Disgusting.

Loved the food and amount of gluten and dairy free options! The service was not amazing. The chicken was really good. Chicken Parm was plenty of food for my partner and the Chicken Sandwich was a treat for me, being GF/DF (although the the GF bread had dairy in it.) The waitress was friendly and helpful, however she missed bringing waters and because the neighboring waiter didn't want to bring it for us, it took us a while to flag someone down for them. We also asked someone for ketchup for our fries and never got it. The staff were busy and it seemed they could have used extra support.

The food was terrible and the restaurant is really noisy although the ambiance is nice. Price is way too high for this quality of food.

I love the "farm to table" freshness and balanced seasonings of all things True Food. It Is my favorite restaurant. Having said that - the very high "barn like - ceiling seems to make the restaurant a bit loud. It's not an "intimate" or "romantic" setting at all. Service was okay - once our food was served we were mostly on our own. But the server was friendly, intelligent, and had no problems with any substitutions.

I wanted to take my friend somewhere where neither of us have eaten for her birthday. My friend is mostly vegetarian and True Kitchen has plenty of vegetarian dishes on their menu. My friend cleaned her plate of some kind of teriyaki bowl and the starter dishes of Charred Cauliflower and roasted Brussel sprouts that we shared eating. We both loved the Charred Cauliflower and I love anything with Brussel sprouts. I had a seasonal salad. It was so huge, I didn't think I would finish it. However once I started eating, it was so good that I kept eating even after I was full. We sat against the back wall where one side is booth-like sitting on one half of the table and regular chairs on the other side of the table. We were able to chat uninterrupted for as long as we wanted after we ate and the waiters still brought us water even after our bill was settled. I like that the wait staff didn't hover but sensed when it was time to ask if we wanted dessert and offer refills on our water. While we looked over their dessert menu, we passed on dessert. We were still full from our meal. *end

I'm sure it's hard to keep consistent waitstaff. A little more training on logistics needed. Half way thru eating our drinks came which should have been the first thing we received. Waitstaff apologized. I eat often at the restaurant and not sure if I've ever have had the same waiter. Food consistently good it's just the order getting out in sequence sometimes doesn't add up. So drinks late and dinner came almost on top of our appetizers.

I'm sorry, but the service was extremely slow — we waited over 20–25 minutes just to receive menus and a glass of water. Unfortunately, I think this will be our last visit to True Food.

Delightful, informative waiter; food delicious. Only thing that marred the visit was a band of the No King's protestors whose loud megaphones were ear piercing and disturbed the restaurant ambiance. It would have been great if the shopping center security had asked them to move along. I am OK with the protests —just don't yell a few feet away from the True Food Kitchen diners. There were designated locations in PA for the protests.

My complaints have nothing to do with the food at True Food Kitchen - but I will never dine-in again. Except for the bar tender (who assisted me when no one else would) I was given the absolute worst table service that I have ever received, at any restaurant, anywhere in the world. Despite the fact that my reservation was at 5pm and well before the dinner rush/crowd, everything was incredibly slow. More than merely being slow, my waiter quite obviously ignored my party and would leave us unattended for 30+ mins at a time (for example, in between taking drink and food orders; in between asking if we wanted desert and bringing us the bill, and then in actually coming to pick our bill) with no apology, either genuine or pretend. Their absolute and obvious indifference to my party's experience and time ruined my dinner.

They are dedicated to their vision of offering healthy non-inflammatory meals. There are not a lot of choices for breakfast/brunch. It was 10 AM Sunday and waiter initially reviewed lunch menu items. Overall, we were happy with the food that was delivered. It was easy to get an early morning table. It is just not a breakfast destination or brunch for weekend. I would come back for lunch.

Food was fantastic. The turkey burger is my favorite, and the staff was all super sweet and attentive! Will come back again.
