Worst jamba juice around the area, I ordered through the app an acai primo bowl & 10 minutes after I placed my order, I got a call from one of the associates stating that they didn't have no bananas, strawberries or blueberries I went ahead & told them if I can cancel my order they say yes I said ok thank you but then it still show on the app so I drove to the location & ask them why is it still shows as I need to pick up the order both associates stated that they cancel the order which that didn't happened & I was actually charge, for something I didn't even actually received. I have tried to contact the store multiple times, but they don't answer calls. When finally somebody pick up my call, they say they will let their manager know about what happened. I checked my email to find out they only refunded me half of the money when it should have been the whole amount since I didn't receive any food. Do not waste your time in this place. They need to train their employees to give better customer service.

I’m not amazed at this location. But you won’t be disappointed to often when ordering. However they hire a lot of young staff and they don’t always know what they’re doing and they aren’t knowledgeable about the products. Also sometimes strange characters will linger in the store so it also isn’t that comfortable.

They added a vitamin boost to my drink without my authorization. My drink tasted awful. I was very dissatisfied. I did not get what I paid for. I would like a refund, please. I purchased each drink separately, back-to-back, in two separate transactions. The first drink that I ordered, I asked for a vitamin boost. The second drink was a Mango GoGo small. I ordered it as a regular Mango GoGo and I wanted it extra sweet. I specifically said, "no boost."

Horrible customer service. Bought this açaí bowl and it was super soupy and watered down. Went back to ask to see if they can maybe give me a new one and said that it’ll be from the same batch. Come to realize they have the bowls outside on the counter melting.

I am in love with the White Gummie smoothie. However, the young man (forgot his name) who greeted us with his big beautiful smile suggested the Red Gummie made with Strawberries. It was good, and I might get it again. But that white Gummie is my absolute favorite! Good
