Great chicken, sandwiches are delicious...little pricey and parking on green can be challenging
Great food in an incredibly wide and open restaurant. The fireburd and Coop de Ville are our favourites.
The food was amazing! Will definitely have to come back to try more of the menu.
I absolutely love this place. Everything is cooked to order and their dipping sauces are so good with their fried. The Firebird is their spicy, crispy chicken sandwich with pickles and fried onions, on an onion roll. The Double Clucker is a double chicken burger with all the fixings and bacon. Both were amazing. I also love the Stubborn sodas. Pineapple Cream is my favorite!! Give them a try if you haven’t already. This place is a gem and staff keep it very clean and sanitized. Everyone maintaining their social distance and mask requirements. They have an indoor/ patio style for eating our tables and chairs outside, if you prefer.
Loved the chicken and the menu choices! Our order came out perfectly. Everything was great.
This was the first place I got to eat at on my recent stay in Pasadena California, I'm at a point in my life where I'm super picky about the type of burgers that I eat, but The Crack Shack exceeded my expectations, great costumer service and good quality food, easily a 5 star experience and will be recommending it to others.
Absolutely love their Firebird and Coop Deville! They are my new treats!
Did the dinela menu, ordered 5 different sandwhiches. My fam & i have finally tried all of them to which none of them disappoint. They are all delish. Highly recommend the dbl clucker & coop deville.
Love it!!! I got it to go. Took me 30 minutes to get home and the sandwich was still hot. Flavor just amazing.
Great food, fast, convenient

This place is an absolute gem in Pasadena. I feel very lucky to have one close by. This chicken sandwich is debatably top 3 in my book.I came here on a Saturday night and was recommended by a friend to try the firebird and it did not disappoint one bit. I love the flavor of the sauce they put on the chicken. Not too spicy with a light kick. The fried onions and pickles add so well to the sandwich. Their ranch is some of the better ranch I’ve had too.My favorite part of the chicken is how juicy and tender it is on the inside while keeping a perfect crunch on the outside. The fries are addictive as well, a little on the salty side but I still loved them. The price is also a little expensive but well worth treating yourself to once in a while.10/10 would recommend
What was ordered: coop deville, firebird, fried chicken and schmaltz fries. Everything delicious. Coop deville is my favorite. It's refreshing and not heavy. My mouth is getting watery as I'm typing this review. Plenty of staff available and the music was great too. Will definitely try their location closer to home!
First came before the pandemic and have been a convert since. Start with the friend chicken, introduce sauces slowly, but focus on the fry. They do a fantastic chicken fry.Fried chicken sandwiches are all solid, I’m fond of the spicy offerings and they are strong. The sandwiches are messy and worth it. The chicken oysters are a treat along with the schmaltz fries. Beer is not cheap but on par with the area unfortunately. The takeout service is great: online ordering is straightforward and the staff onsite are helpful and honest.
My partner refuse to try your restaurant because the name. He says that he thinks it’s an insult to good food and while I do want to try the food I agree. We don’t want to have the look and smell of a crack house in our minds while eating. Crack is wack
Ordered the 4 piece. Food was excellent. Will definitely order again.
