When we ate at the bar the food was really good this time around it wasn't as great I do however absolutely love their avocado rolls I did get those and they were fine I also got a side Caesar salad which some of the lettuce was a little brown but it happens I get it but the little game tablets were absolutely disgusting and sticky and need to be wiped down also the table itself was sticky and just wasn't cleaned really good just being honest not trying to be snarky I just haven't really had a really good experience except for that one time when I ate at the bar and the food was exceptional and I've been in and out of Chili's for 10 plus years in different locations across the United States

My family eats here a lot, today I ordered online through the app. I didn't realize 2 of my orders had guacamole and margaritas attached. I tried to call right after I placed the order. It took calling 4 separate times for someone to finally answer. The previous 3 calls where spent on hold for 5+ minutes then disconnected due to (technical errors). I spoke with the manager who tried to claim I was getting a good deal but that they couldn't remove the extra items. They didn't have a host/ hostess station so my first 3 calls where ignored. Due to the lack of staffing I wasn't able to speak with anyone in time to change my order and now I'm having to pay for items I don't even want.

Service was a little slow; we almost bailed. But everyone's having trouble hiring, and our server was great.

Ordered over a month ago for pick up. Received someone else’s food.I called the store spoke to the manager she stated she would refund the money back to my bf card and send us a 20$ gift card. Nothing was ever received very disappointed and ridiculous will not eat here again.

We came twice this week because of the great service and food! The bartender Mark not only makes great drinks but he Takes orders while making aweseome reccomendations. Mark keeps an eye on his guests as well and keep drinks and chips topped off with care. The rest of the staff was excelente as well being sure to offer condiments and ensuring our order was just right. CHILIS PASO always has a winning team and their dine in experience is a home run every time from the host to the kitchen staff. Were been coming for years but especialy lately as they have an all star team this season!!! Be sure to tip people!

It’s ok. If you had a better experience at Chili’s ? before you might want to lower that a bit. It wasn’t the place but the food quality wasn’t there anymore. Also, as I was walking in to the men’s restroom, I saw a female staff walk out after a male patron.

I gave 4 stars as this was a good visit food took a long time to come out but our server was making sure that my family and I were taken care of drink wise and updating us constantly on our food.

Parking: The walk from parking lot to front door is a little walk but is doable.

We were totally disappointed with our Chili's experience. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered drinks, and appetizer, and our meals. We got our drinks in a timely matter. We waited and waited and waited for the appetizer. We ordered the 3 dips, white, skillet, and guacamole. Stuff I'm sure is premade and just needs to be warmed. I finally asked the waiter (Grayson) about it. He apologized and went to check. We waited some more. Finally it was brought out. A minute later our meals were brought out. My son ordered the ribs, brisket quesadilla, and chicken tenders. Instead of ribs they brought him sausage. When brought to the waiters attention he promptly brought out the ribs. All of us had fries, which were cold. I brought this to the waiters attention and he promptly apologized. I expected him to bring us all some hot fries, which he did not do! My daughter asked for a side of ranch, which wasn't brought out until I asked again. My daughter and I both ordered the mushroom swiss burger and both of us agreed that it was a good burger. The rest of the experience left a bad taste in our mouths, so we will not be returning to Chili's any time soon.

Food was cold, which was weird because it came out pretty quick. One of my party got there early but went to the bar but even though was one of three people at the bar was never waited on. Most of waitresses did not know how to use the handheld ordering system and said as much.

I moved here recently and love Chilis, I have read the reviews and its hit and miss the truth is, the place used to really be bad. Management and staff changeover, they are trying, they really are. Depends on who you get, I have brought parties in there and they rose to the occasion. So give them a chance. Today I went in and RICKY handled the bar area, the entire bar area, yes it was in the day but he rocked it.

Sad place. 3 sad experiences in a row. The first time we were understanding because there was only one waitress at the dinner hour. The second visit we were turned away at 6pm because the cook was not there. The 3rd visit they only had one waitress again and insisted that we be seated with other people crowded in one section. There were 6 of us. That just was not going to work. We will not be going back.

I have never been treated as poorly as Chili's treated me tonight. Their staff was inept in assembling the order, and unwilling to correct the issue when it was brought to their attention. The manager (Heather) flat out stated she was too busy to bother and I could call the restaurant tomorrow. When I told her the only call I'd be making was to corporate she said, "then call corporate!" and dismissed me. I've been a Chili's regular for years, but this experience has sealed my resolve to never return to any Chili's again. If you want to be charged for items the restaurant doesn't provide, then treated like you are a nuisance for daring to say something about it, verbally abused by a condescending "manager", and finally dismissed, then by all means Chili's is the experience you are likely seeking (ask for Heather for a fully immersive experience)! If this sounds utterly miserable to you, my advice is to steer clear of this despicable restaurant. With a management example such as Heather provides, it's no wonder her staff are rude and incapable.

Seriously, seriously AWFUL. Our group and another group of (4) were clearly spotted when we entered the restaurant. The hostess/waitress kept walking circles around tables and TOTALLY ignored us. it felt almost like we were being dared to leave. Crazy. We stood there 10 minutes, so confused about what was actually happening. Then, one of our friends left, and started walking back to his car. We asked him to come back…and that “it would be okay”. It was too late to go looking for another place to eat. This friend used to own a restaurant and our experience was making him so angry that he had to leave to avoid yelling at the hostess. Finally, we were seated but it took another 25 minutes to order and get our meals. The burgers were so charred that when you bit into them, it scratched the roof of your mouth and your gums, no joke! None of us asked for well done burgers either. This was (hands-down) the WORST service and the WORST meal I’ve ever experienced in this area. Everyone in our group was beyond disgusted. I’m thinking that either the manager had Saturday night off, or just didn’t care. Here’s the thing: this town has very few (really good) restaurants, and although Chili’s is a franchise, you’d think that perhaps they’d try a bit harder, (or something…) to bring their “full dining experience” up a notch. Maybe give themselves the opportunity to shine? Nope. They don’t even deserve (1) star, and that is a fact.

I don’t expect bathrooms to be clean. Please clean the bathrooms. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned at all for months. Stains and marks. Smelled bad.Asked if meat could be cooked longer then medium. Server said that they couldn’t and they get mad if they asked. So I just order something different no big issue.
