So the spicy mayo is literally just mayo. And while it is on me because I forgot to say no spicy mayo, just slathering a perfectly nice poke bowl with mayo is just awful in my book. I couldn't even salvage the rice because it was saturated ?Food: 3/5

We got a large bowl and it’s really filling. Everything tasted fresh. Seaweed salad is bomb, super flavorful, not what I expected it to taste like. My boyfriends first time and he loved it.

I thought the Spicy tuna's color & taste was off & I was right. Even though I stopped half way through, I was sick & had food poisoning for couple of days. Not cool in serving bad fish... I wonder if the lady making the poke bowl for me knew since the pale pink color looked off & it was hot in the store where they were storing the sushi. I thought that the number of choices, past positive reviews & the fact that this is the only Poke Bowl place in Paso would make them a great place to check out, I was wrong. It's only as good as the quality of food & ingredients & folks who work there & care about the quality. It's obvious that the server just worked there & not cared about what they served & the quality of it. Skip the Spicy tuna or the whole place. Maybe Paso is not meant for a Poke Bowl or sushi!

The best Poke in Paso! I eat poke bowls at least 2 to 3 times a week as they are healthy ( salad base) and totally customizable. What I LOVE about Poke Chef is their protein and I am addicted to their marinated tuna! The taste is spot on always super fresh! They have so many great proteins, toppings and sides that based on statistics, you can easily create over 2,782 different combinations! Overall, this place is a solid 10 stars! They do great job and make a fantastic healthy option for lunch or dinner! Love Poke Chef Paso!!! Spence and Coco the wonder dog!

My favorite place to pick up a delicious, healthy, filling and super reasonable lunch!! They are always kind ladies who seem so grateful to have you in their business and when I tip (which is EVERY time) they are so appreciative, which makes me think there are a lot of nontippers which is just crazy to me! Please tip, even if it is just Togo, doesn’t have to be a lot, but something! We always end up spending so much less then any other lunch even after the tip.My favorite is the Freshman, which is the 1 protein with choice of base, with white rice as a bowl and Salmon as my protein. The salmon always tastes super fresh, buttery and not fishy at all! Even fresher tasting then the dine in Japanese spots around. And I have been here many many times. Same thing every time, Fresh!I like lots of sauce and they have a bunch you can choose from or get multiple, I like a little sweet with spicy so I go for the Unagi and Fireball, soooo good!! And the toppings and mix-ins are plentiful, fresh and delicious. You really can Not go wrong choosing anything from here. My fiancé is more of a tuna or chicken fan so he always switches it up and has loved every single choice! I just really could not say more fantastic things about Poke Chef here in Paso, hidden Gem totally worth not being able to dine in. We take to go and head over a couple blocks to the city park, people watch and enjoying our bowls.Thanks Poke Chef you guys are great!

A Poke Burrito taste was great. I recommend eating it there because the seaweed wrap may not hold up if it's togo.
