Definitely recommend this place. The food was delicious and fresh. Last time I came the food was not fresh but then found out it was a new owner. The owner used to work a Papis downtown and that's one of my favorite places. I decided to go with a torta ahogada. My family tried the Asada fries, wet burrito and cocktail. Everyone loved the food. My experience here was good. I tried sometime I have never had before and it was good. It was pricey but I could have split it with my wife had she been with me. It was enough food for 2. This place has changed a few times over the years. I believe the owner told me they have been open for 6 months or so. They are really friendly and personable which was nice. Delicious Mexican food!!!! Best sope carnitas!!!! Homemade horchata. Homemade tortillas. What more can I say. This taqueria will definitely be our go to spot in SLO whenever we drive thru. You cannot miss with this restaurant.
