The Third Degree is an absolute gem nestled in Paso Robles at the Paso Market Walk. My recent visit to this burger spot left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. When I stepped in, I was greeted by a wonderful ambiance that set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I opted for the Lawyer Burger, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Packed with Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, and topped with 1000 Island sauce, every bite was bursting with flavor. Moreover, I appreciated the option to pair my burger with wines from nearby wineries, showcasing the local flair of Paso Robles. The portion size was generous, and the quality of ingredients was evident. The Third Degree is a must-stop for burger enthusiasts passing through Paso Robles. Highly recommend!

Was craving a BLT and I'm from out of town and a friend recommended this place! And they have sweet potato fries! I'm in! They have what I call a Blat. BLT with avocado. It was so good! I will definitely be eating here again when I visit!

Something was terribly wrong with me. Afterall, I'm the Burger guy, and I wasn't in the mood for a burger. But they looked and sounded so good! Instead, I went for a Turkey Ortega sandwich (I can just hear tons of peeps saying, what???? Something was wrong!). Well, it made me feel all better. Quality wich, through and through. Wonderful turkey, cheese, and bread, grilled with an ortega chile inside. Yum. So darn good. We ended up meeting the owner, and she is so nice. BTW, it's located within the Paso Market Walk, an adorable food court full of pizza, bakery, ramen, and other eateries. I'll be back, for sure, to try and burger and more of their menu.

This is one of the places that is open early in the morning. Wanted to take something to eat for my drive back to the Bay Area. This place happened to be open so I order a chicken sando with fries. The chicken sando was really good. Chicken was crispy with good seasoning. The fries were good as well. customer service was excellemt.

Can be a little hard to find if one isn't used to the newer style all in one building stuffed between the other business outside of it..Anyhow while a smaller establishment i will admit that both the burger and onion rings while no doubt pricey were absolutely incredible.. we were on the road that day and let me tell you the food was both hearty yet didn't back us up as we spent almost 7 hours driving bakc to Vegas from here! And at the onion rings almost the whole way home, lol. So crunchy and tasty its been 2 weeks since i was there and writing this review I swear i can taste them in my mouth right now!!..Keep it up guys, wish i had picks that could maybe do it justice!

Inside the Paso Market Walk, this is one of the three locations opened early morning. We were walking around looking for some breakfast at Third Degree happens to serve a few breakfast items including the delicious chorizo burrito. With a hint of spice and sides of sour cream and salsa (more spice if you like!), it's a greasy but oh-so-good breakfast! It's a pretty huge burrito so perfect for sharing with another. Great service, would be happy to come back!

Turkey brie sandwich was bad. Maybe old turkey? A waste of $17. Will not come back.

Very good, super clean and friendly staff. We had the Mediterranean chicken salad and it was yummy. Great atmosphere.

We visited The Third Degree because we wanted some good food.. We were not disappointed. The burger which I had was excellent. The fries which come with it were also excellent. The burgers have cool names; The Third Degree, The Judge, (their pastrami) The Interrogation, The Suspect and The Lawyer. My wife has a chicken salad, which was very good and the portion was big. They also have sandwiches, which I will try next time. There will be a next time, because the food was that yummy. Say hi to Scarlet….she is very kind and helpful.

It’s so annoying coming back to place only to see they raised the price $1 over night. Really $4 for a bottled ice tea now? You are already charging $17 for a burger ?

Food was okay. We prefers the Mediterranean chicken salad; it was okay, chicken tasted fake. Service was average.

I would give 5 stars but two are gone because the person who took our order WAS SO rude... she had really curly hair but didn't catch her name. My mom asked for a glass of wine and my mom said thank you and she just said "yeah" She was very short never said thank you and when my mom set her wine glass down to give back to her she grabbed it so aggressively. And it wasn't like they were busy at this time. But food was good.

This is a thank you to Jodi for going above and beyond! We pre-ordered our lunch and got a flat tire before getting there to pick it up. We called to let the restaurant know we couldn't pick it up and without hesitation, Jodi said "let me bring it to you". Wow!! I don't think we can thank Jodi enough for her kindness and help. The food was excellent and we appreciate Jodi for helping us out in a tough situation.
