The ice cream melts quickly and they barely add any toppings. Not worth the price.

I arrive to cold stones at approximately 8:40p and I was told that they were closed for the moment. So I sent my husband in, and he was told the same thing, but he asked for the store manager and I called and told them situation. As I was passing by they had put the closedsign on the door.

Meh. I was let down. I came in for a fresh made Rocky Road. I left 2 stars because the almonds had a crunchy texture that seemed fresh and was satisfying to bite into. The staff member who served me was nice and helpful.Other than that, I really didn't enjoy the ice cream. It was stringy and peculiar. I read they use guar gum that will have that affect. I also read that they made the ice cream in their stores. I don't understand why additives need to be, well, added if it's supposedly being made fresh, in store. I read they also add whey protein? Hmmm... I Guess the additives made a big impact because the ice cream did not taste creamy, or rich or satisfying. They use corn syrup, instead of sugar? What's going on here? What's with all this additive, corn syrup crap?I also read they use "above standard" percentage of cream content, but they could have fooled me. I think Creamistry has had its day in the sun, but's melted and sticky on the pavement now.
1 star is based on the fact I could not even get in. I arrived at 8:05 pm on a Saturday, hours on the door stated they were open til 10 yet the doors were locked. There were customers inside and being served. We shook and knocked on the door but only received awkward stares.

It was so hot today it felt almost 100 inside the store. You can see water dripping on the employees from the ceiling. I'd assume their AC is broken from how hot it was. When I was served my ice cream it was melted before I left the store. Incredibly disappointing.

It is unbelievable HOT and with a leaky ceiling!!! Floors are wet and these kids are still pushing through! This is unacceptable!

Drove by this place without stopping for five years. Really glad I stopped by. Coffee and pastries were great and the employees were helpful. Everything looks delicious, I will come back
