After 6-7pm Monday-Wednesday it’s not worth going they close the drive thru due being short staffed you have to go inside at first I thought it was just this time but after the third time I realized there’s only two people working I feel bad for

I am not joking when I say this is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to and it right next my house so every 6 months or so I decide to give it another try and it is ALWAYS undeniably horrible. The food is fine, whatever, it's Popeyes. But the service will leave you in a rage blackout. At the very best, you will just get home with part of your order missing. At worst, and more likely, you will have ordered online, go to pick up the order, wait at the monitor for 7 minutes without anyone saying anything to you, drive around to the window sit there for another 5 minutes while you can see people inside, again with no one coming to say a single thing to you. You will notice a number on the window for complaints or issues so you call it and the mailbox will be full.Don't go here.I sincerely hope they go out of business and it's turned into a boutique dog groomer or something.

PROS: - the poor employees working their asses off. They are understaffed. CONS: - Sometimes they will close the drive-thru since they're so understaffed. - Orders take forever, because they're so understaffed. BOTTOM LINE: - Avoid this popeyes location. The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves. Slave driver.

I dislike writing bad reviews but Man, its a bummer! I can't believe Popeyes closed their drive-thru so early on a Thursday. When I pulled up to order at 6pm on Thursday they said that the drive thru was closed but that I can order inside. It's frustrating when you have to change your plans just to get some delicious chicken. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and keep their drive-thru open longer according to business hours.
I haven't gone to this Popeyes in a while but today I ordered the TRUFF chicken sandwich and it was literally cooked to perfection!!!The chicken was so juicy and so crispy on the outside, the sauce was the perfect amount. The service was great, the lady at the window was so sweet! Overall I had a great experience! I already want another sandwich
