I just ordered from DoorDash, I found a literal finger nail in my food, I am absolutely disgusted and so unsure how this could happen. I will not be ordering from here

After a long day outdoors, my family and I stopped by to grab a nice hot bowl of pho on our way home. Pinole was in the way there and stopped by. A variety of pho bowls. Located inside a food plaza and definitely convenient to find.

I have a cold, so I figured a nice pho would lift the spirits. My usual spot was closed. So I picked this one. The noodles taste old which really ruined the whole dish. I have to say I've never had pho with lettuce and tomatoes in it, kinda worked. Well never again. That was money down the drain.

I'd avoid this spot honestly. I ordered a large beef stew, and then paid $4.80 for seafood extra. They gave me 1 shrimp, 2 tiny pieces of calamari and a piece of salmon that's 1" cubed. All that for almost $5 is a ripoff. The beef stew has like 5 pieces of meat in it and 4 carrots. That's it. Nothing else, just that and the noodles which was the size of a normal order of noodles anywhere else. Portions are super tiny at this place. The last time I ordered from them I got the most bland pho I've ever had. Thought I'd give them one more try with the beef stew. Not worth it.

We are happy that Pho Hoa opened up a branch in our town. We don't need to drive far for a good bowl of pho. Their broth is flavorful without the condiments. Their service is friendly and attentive. During cold weather, this is the perfect place to go to for a nice warm comfort food. Their menu has different Vietnamese dishes to try. I've had their bone-in brisket soup and banh mi. They're all good. If you haven't gone to this place, I highly recommend that you try it. We've gone back numerous times.

This review is based off my last few togo experiences. I have now ordered from Pho Hoa 4x now and all 4x, they have some how messed up my order. First time, they had forgotten a whole mealSecond time, my pho was wrong Third time, my rice plate did not have the extra egg roll I order (was still charged) Fourth, forgot another whole meal. I have never order togo from them again.

It is with mixed feelings that I write this review, as I am truly a fan of the delicious food at Pho Hoa. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experiences with one particular server, whom I believe goes by the name that starts with the letter 'C' and is a petite young Asian female adult wearing gold rim round glasses. On two separate occasions, I encountered a significant issue with her service. It's disheartening to note that her demeanor towards customers left much to be desired. Initially, I wondered if it might be a personal matter, but after the second incident, it became apparent that she might not enjoy her job. In contrast, I must commend the bussers and the cashier, who are also young adults, for their attentive and proactive approach to customer service. On my most recent visit, I ordered a Banh Mi Sandwich for my daughter, unaware that it contained jalapenos. Unfortunately, my daughter took a bite and started experiencing discomfort, desperately reaching for water. Regrettably, our server, the girl with the glasses, was nowhere to be found. This mirrored my first visit when I had to walk up to the counter to request a refill and place my order. On this second occasion, the busser, who happened to be nearby, noticed my daughter's distress and kindly offered milk and water. I expressed my gratitude for his quick response.Despite this, the server never returned, often disappearing into the kitchen. I sincerely hope that the owner or manager of Pho Hoa will address this issue with the specific employee in question. Until this situation is resolved, I am hesitant to return to Pho Hoa, even though I adore their food.

Pho Hoa Noodle Soup is a hidden gem located conveniently off the exit to Pinole, heading towards Pinole Valley High School. The prices were fair, there were plenty of places to park, and the service was good. The prices were right for the size of the servings, and the large one was more than enough for two people. Don't eat too much if you can't feed two people. Fresh spring rolls and fried rolls were tasty starters, and they gave us a plate of mint, sprouts, and jalapeos so we could make our pho just the way we liked it. There were a lot of noodles, a good amount of meat, and the tasty broth hit the spot. They also had a range of drinks, like boba drinks and Vietnamese coffee, that were good for cooling down. There was plenty of space between seats, and it wasn't too loud. But I took away one star because we were sat in the back left corner, facing the register. This made it easy for the staff to miss us. Also, the bathroom was cooler than the rest of the room, and our drinks weren't always replaced quickly. Even with these small problems, I think you should check out Pho Hoa Noodle Soup because they serve good food and try to be the best. Felt like I needed to review after having this place a few times. I always get the same order when I come here and it is the beef stew pho with the fried rolls. They are both delicious and flavorful, they taste just how I like it to be, they couldn't make it anymore delicious than it was since it was perfect. I have made this one of the first places I go to when I'm in the mood for some pho. One thing I did have the first time coming here that I won't order again is the taro milk drink because it wasn't as sweet and flavorful as I was hoping it to be but if you like things that aren't sweet then I'd recommend that drink for you otherwise pass on it. I'm still giving this place 5 stars because drinks aren't the main part to this restaurant so they deserve 5 for the food it self.
