Bad experience, I was over charged for the tacos I ordered, I asked why, the answer was that the beef tongue tacos are special and that they charge more for them. There was no sign or anything saying that. Also the cashier didn’t know anything and she barely speak to us. The lady in the food line didn’t liked that we asked why we were over charged, she proceeded to tell us that when she goes out to eat she never ask for prices.

Fresh delicious food! I get their burritos with carne asada and brisket. It is difficult to order to your preference online though because the comments section is blocked off but you can call them on the phone and they will make the concessions! Excellent customer service and very fast service. Thank you

Ordered overpriced California burrito with Steak and shrimp. Steak was missing. The shrimp were tiny and tastes old and rubbery. Inedible. Steak Torta also disgusting.

Omg yum!! My bf and I were starting a road trip and needed to grab some food for the road. We were craving good burritos so we called in some California burritos and they did not disappoint. I typically get carne asada and he gets chicken. I usually find chicken to be kind of bland but man, both of these burritos were super good. They have some special sauce in there that makes them flavorful and juicy - totally coming back for more!! We also grabbed a order of plantains which came with a sweet sauce - these were also very on point. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and didn't expect to find something so good, fast, and easy right off of the freeway.Oh and they are located in a shopping center so there is parking, some spaces are tight but there are plenty! They accept orders in person, phone or online. See you next time!

Food was great! Hard to find some good Mexican food around Hercules and was happy with what I ordered today.I ordered the Papa Loca with birria which were nachos but with waffle fries. I LOVE waffle fries. Was it worth $18? Probably not. But my stomach did not care for prices because I was starving! I would've paid $10 for it but #inflation. The meat:carbs ratio was perfect which was surprising because most of the time, restaurants skimp on proteins. My wife and cousins ordered the Quesabirria Tacos and they were also very happy with their food. The taco was quite large, not your typical-sized street taco. I'd say it was made using a 6-in tortilla. For dessert, I had some plantains which I think was served with condensed milk? It was a nice way to end the meal. Will be back!

This is a "fast serve" but made-to-order taco bar with the meats pre-prepared and you watch as they build your order. For the style and price the food is good and the service is always friendly. Will be back for Taco Tuesdays when you get three tacos and a small side of rice and beans for about $10, if I remember correctly. Plenty of food for one person. Their street tacos are not small. And they make their own tortillas to order. Sorry, didn't take any pics of our take-out order.

I'm quite impressed this establishment has risen the scale for me. Before they had opened, and I wasn't really catching a vibe with their menu. After coming here, I noticed the inside and menu has changed. They provide a restroom to use, indoor and outdoor seating, and self serve complimentary water. The service was on their game, and the way it works is it's like a chipotle. You pick and choose what you want in your taco, quesadilla, and burrito. It may not sound exciting but wait till the food you ordered is presentable. The food was delicious, I got carne asada quesadilla topped off with guacamole, pico de gallo, and cilantro with an order of esquite. The corn was delicious, must try if you want it. The meal came with free chips and wow the chips were crunchy, I love it! Drinks such as agua Fresca, it was good. I recommend this Mexican restaurant to locals and newcomers!!

This is another solid spot for this side of the Bay. It is a family owned restaurant, although it is a branch, and there's a few others out there. One of the reasons I like this joint is because they have birria! They do sell quesabirrias, and they're alright (not the best but not terrible), but I definitely like getting the birria inside a quesadilla with pico and guac inside. Comes out super delicious and the cheese is melty! I do like the consome (broth for quesabirria) but I wish they'd serve you more. It feels skimpy when they give you a small cup that isn't even filled all the way. They so have some solid tacos, with lots of add on options. And they have solid burritos that get really fat and bulky--if you want, you could make your burrito into two meals. Their torta was also solid. Ultimately, their portion sizes are a good selling point. Not a fan of the enchiladas though. You can use clover to check in, rack up points, and get either $10 off or a free burrito if you come regularly.

Let me start by saying the food was good but the customer service sucked! When I first walked in I was not greeted. I don't always expect it, especially if the establishment is busy but it doesn't go unnoticed when it happens. In this case there was only 1 lady being helped when I entered. It took me a little while to read over the menu and decide what I wanted. During this time a couple walked in and was greeted VERY warmly. They went ahead of me as I was still undecided. The young lady behind the counter began to carry on a full, friendly conversation with them as she took her sweet time patiently making their food. Clearly they were very familiar with one another. I assumed that energy would carry over when I was being helped... boy was I wrong.I noticed a couple online orders started to come in as she was still taking her time to help them. When she wrapped the couple's order up she hurriedly began filling the online orders while simultaneously taking mine. The friendly demeanor and patience she had with the couple went out the window. Now everything was rushed. She never asked me if my order was dine-in or take out, she just made everything in to-go containers. There was a young man working with her that day as well. He attempted to help but he barely spoke english so it made it a little difficult when dealing with him. Ultimately, she had to help him translate so dealing with him was still dealing with her.The food didn't travel well at all. I'm sure it had a lot to do with the young lady making half of my order then letting it sit while they made more fish for the fish taco I ordered, and also while she tried to fill the online orders that backed up. The tacos shells were soggy and fell apart when I ate them, but the food was very flavorful.

The food is really good, but the ONLY thing that's wrong with this place is their STEAK. EVERY single bite I took from a steak burrito it had nerve and fat. I tend to go for chicken for that reason, but Jesus please start getting Carne de bola. Like seriously I can even enjoy a steak burrito at this
