Great customer service only down fall is they are really skimpy with their meat. Usually I see a Togo’s location weight the meat this one they must do it by touch .

Pretty good for the price. And you can customize.

A young lady employee needs to really learn not to laugh at customers, how to cut a sandwich, and wash hands well. She also didn't change her gloves after using a register. She went on to make another customer's sandwich. I won't be back. The male employee was good. She needs more training on customer service. The manager really needs to pay attention if they want to keep customers.

Depends on who you get to make your sandwich. I have come here a few times before and it was fine but today I came in and saw a different set of people. I got the vibe that no worker wanted to be there based on their attitude and lack of willingness to fulfill customers basic requests. (Like heating up a sandwich) My advice when going into this location is be specific about your order before they start making it because they wont ask only assume.

I have visited this establishment for several weeks and the service and food has been fabulous. I especially want to comend Pink for her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you for your willingness to work in an industry where people are not as friendly and or patient with personel or the services YOU provide. Thank you Pink for your genuineness and kindness. I highly recommend this establishment due to the excellent customer experience from Pink and her crew.

Let me start by saying the 2 stars comes mainly from the service and is not a reflection of their food. Togo's has my favorite Asian dressing which is why I go back, but waiting over 45 minutes for an order placed online is ridiculous. I wanted to pick up lunch on the way home but had very little time and opted to order online which it typically faster since they make your food in advance. So, I went online and ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 salad at 11:47am. Upon placing the order the page said my order would be ready at 12:14. Mind you, this is already almost 30 minutes to prepare. However, I figured it gave them some breathing room. So I left work at noon and got to the store at 12:12. Upon walking in, there were 2 girls working. Each was helping a guest. Then there was one person ahead of me for the online line and one in line to order. After about 5 minutes another customer walks in. I let them know I am waiting for an online order so they can go ahead. Another 5 minutes pass and one girl frees up to help the girl ahead of me for an online order. The employee tells the customer to give her 5 minutes and starts (not having anything ready yet) her order. All the while, the 2nd employee moves on to the next guest (who was there before me). During this time, another guest walks in and once again, I ask them to go ahead. At this point I debated just waiting in the regular line but assumed my order was ready. Eventually the 1st employee finishes the online order. By this time the female customer who arrived after me is already getting her food made. After the online order is picked up, I step up at the same time the second customer (who arrived after me), walks up to the counter. I let the employee know I just need to pick up an order so she goes to look. She comes back and tells me to give her 5 minutes and then proceeds to make the new guests order before trying to finish mine. By this time it is 12:25 which is 40 minutes into when I ordered. Finally, the other employee frees up and makes my order. I know they are busy, but my issue is time management. If my online order was placed 30 minutes ago, even if I wasn't there, shouldn't that take precedent over other orders? I know they may want to wait so my food doesn't get cold but they are sandwiches and a salad. I do not think I will be ordering online again. Either that or they need a better system of managing orders and/or monitoring the line. Why have a separate line for online orders if they don't get prepared until you get there.

Placed an online order. They messed it up and I cannot eat it because of allergies and all they did was offer a store credit. They refused a refund. Spoke with the manager who said I had to come back for credit and that's all. I have a call into corporate to fix this mess they made. I just wanted a dinner that wouldn't kill me. They had other ideas.

Ordered takeout Sunday night and order was completely wrong. We ordered a large meatball sandwich with olives (no other condiments besides the marinara and no other produce), a large triple dip sandwich with Peperoncinos and no turkey, and one kids meal ham and cheese sandwich with chips and water. The meatball sandwich had no marinara but it had mayo and onions, the French dip had no Peperoncinos but had mayo and turkey, and we didn't get the chips or drink with the kids meal. A complete waste of money.

We always get pretty good sandwiches from this Togo's.Last night my husband got me one of my favorites, tuna with cheese.I took one bite and thought, What is in this? It's spicy. Then it was a total mess.I ate half of the 6" and saved half for my lunch. I just opened it up and there isn't even a whole piece of cheese on it. 2 little pieces.Really disappointed. I took a picture. Wish I could post it.
