We stopped by for dinner during a roadtrip from SD to SF. We got: * half dozen oysters * ceviche * Baja, shrimp and smoked salmon tacos
Everything was super fresh. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the smoked salmon but everything else tasted amazing, I even had to get another Baja taco. There is also a very large selection of hot sauces. Taco prices were higher than I expected for a smaller town but the tacos were large as well. Overall well worth it.
They were out of the poke, we will definitely be back to try that next time.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but as someone who has reviewed many fish and chips places, it wouldn't be fair. Don't get me wrong. I would come back and enjoy another great meal. The rock cod fish was fresh fresh fresh and tasted excellent. The breading was light and added to the flavor. The issue was a couple of thinner pieces the breading was burned and overwhelmed the flavor of the amazing fish. Also I find it hard to believe to say this but the fries had too much salt.

Absolutely loved the food here. The batter needed a little more spice and salt, but everything being gluten free was a game changer. The fish was fresh and crispy and we ate so much of the clam chowder. Everything was delicious, we ended up going multiple times during our stay in pismo.

I purchased fried oysters and 2 cod tacos… the oysters were bitter not good. Literally had one bit ajd had to throw it out . I was not going to risk getting sick. The tacos were bland. I di not recommend this place

Stopped by this place to enjoy some delicious oysters before heading home. We ended up ordering a half dozen delicious fresh oysters. We ordered a delicious poke bowl and a seared rock cod with garlic butter over a bed of rice with a very fresh homemade coleslaw. All the food was delicious. Oysters were freshly shucked for us. The fish was delicious and the poke bowl was bomb. I thought I was enjoying fresh poke in Hawaii. The fresh ahi tuna poke over a bed of rice and paired with a delicious seaweed salad. The cook and his works are super nice. The place is small but clean and the prices are super good for the quality you’re getting. Can’t wait to come back and try their fish and chips and clam chowder on my next visit to Pismo. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice and cozy. It had the appearance of a meat market. We tried the rock cod, clam chowder and fries. Food was delicious. Fries were the best I had in a long time. I can imagine this place having limited seating during their peak hours. I would encourage you to try it out.
