I highly recommend this Togo's Sandwich location, they always greet me, as I come in the door. They get through the orders quickly and efficiently. So that I am in and out. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I am a very satisfied customer.

Sunny the manager is very unprofessional. He doesn’t require his employees to have a food handlers card. She parks in the handicap while other actual handicap people walk around his white Tesla in disbelief. There is mice in the back. He over works minors that aren’t suppose to work after a certain hour. OSHA will be called.

The kids working in here are unprofessional the manager needs to hire employees who don't flip off there customers and text on there phone. I asked if they had the food handlers card and they said no. The girls didn't even wash there hands before putting on gloves to make the sandwich and the floor was dirty. The manager parked in the handicap in his white Tesla that was not handicap and I could not park in the handicap with my placard. Terrible service. OSHA should be called.

The bread was fresh and crusty, the pastrami was thick and juicy, and the mustard was just the right amount of tangy. The service was also excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive.I would definitely recommend this deli to anyone who loves a good pastrami sandwich. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable.Overall, I was very impressed with the pastrami sandwich at this deli. It was one of the best I've ever had, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a good pastrami sandwich.

Honestly i've never ever had this much of bad experience. Never would rate a place a 0 star i asked this guy can i get a sprite he said you want broccoli and then i said again can i get a sprite, he said do you want a water? Great and mind you, i was right there at the counter, not far away i was right there they were giggling laughing at what i ordered honestly i could say more. But i wont.
Although I live right next to this Togo's every time I go to this Togo's it’s something. I prefer going to the one on railroad.

This has to be the worst Togo's I have ever been to. The customer service is impeccably terrible! They don't listen to you when you ask for certain things on your sandwich, and decide to put whatever they want. The older lady today was separating & weighing the meat and she coughs all over the meat and did not cover her mouth! The gentleman with long hair (wrapped up) didn't listen to anything we asked. We ordered two sandwiches, and a salad; one large pastrami with extra pastrami, a regular #4, and a farmers market salad with diced avocado. Pastrami sandwich was not made correctly but in fact the extra pastrami was put in a bowl (after he asked if we wanted on a sandwich), the number 4 is so small where's the meat??? 6 pieces of salami, two slices of turkey, and I asked for tomatoes and he said they didn't have any. The salad, I told him I didn't want any red onions or peppercinis, and to add diced avocado and cheese. He didn't have anything except shredded cheese, lettuce (filled the bowl with lettuce mind you) and croutons! The whole order was wrong & not one single apology was given!!! The older lady had some smart remarks when the guy told her he had to weigh the pastrami. She said what she was doing is more important than him attending to us!!! Lady does not need to work in customer service by any means and definitely needs to wear a face mask because she coughed on all the meat she was weighing and putting in the fridge! I am extremely pissed about this and would like a Manager who's going to actually assist us before I go further and contact corporate. This location always has issues every single time we go there.
