This is a horrible wingstop the service is so bad I wanted my money back & the food is ALWAYS Cold, I would like them to really do something about the rudeness in the employees. If your thinking about coming here to this location think again you will be waiting for a longgggg time and all they just have you siting there waiting with other frustrated customers, I called over the PHONE it should have been ready or when they said it would be which was 20 mins! It passed that time never again will I eat here all the headache for you to spend YOUR money it's not worth it it's toooo much false advertisement going on with this wingstop because the man also said me AND my mom would get 2 free fries for doing a survey... HIGHLY NOT SATISFIED!!!

Regarding my review from yesterday with the horrible experience, the restaurant manager who works there decided to give me a call with an apology and a replacement meal for what happened to my order yesterday. I forgot to catch her name but she called and told me she and her staff is sorry on behalf of what happened and wanted to make it up.She seems like she wants to make things right and change the establishment around so she is doing her best to make it up to whoever has a bad experience. I appreciate the effort to help satisfy her customers and to make things right'

Ordered 20 wings. Chose all 4 dips as bleu cheese. Got one small container. Tried to use 5 free boneless wings for order over $20. Didn’t go through. Receipt had all zeros as prices and no store # to give feedback. First and last time to use this location. ?

Not sure what the point of placing an order online 2 hours in advance to then arrive and my order still not be ready?!?!? Had to wait another 20 minutes. Customer Service, what does that even mean anymore?!?!? For Wing Stop to be a large chain it amazes me that time and time again they can't get their sh_t together!
