The customer service at the donut window is HORRIBLE!The young woman's customer service consists of short, terse words seasoned with very little patience.The donuts and other workers are fantastic!
I have been going to High Hill 30 years with my family. Always a joy to sit and have Donuts warm fritters and hot apple cider. This year was very disappointing for me except for one kind lady behind the counter the women who were selling Donuts were very unkind and impatient, and I was very surprised at the high prices. The donuts, caramel apples, cider and apple fritters are still delicious My memories at Apple Hill will be elsewhere next year. So very sad.
Had a great time here with hubby on a Sunday except it was super crowded. The fudge was okay nothing too great at the fudge factory so was their Dutch apple pie and cider shake at the restaurant. We did pick some fresh apples on our way back which were very sweet. Oh if you've got kids the pony rides look so cute, it's 15 or 12 for a round cash only.
