A Tasteful Affair Catering

This was a WOW for our wedding! The food, the staff, the presentation, and did I mention the food? Praise from everyone! We used A Tasteful Affair for appetizers and dessert for a wedding, and seriously the food was perfection. The spinach dip and chips, the caprese skewers, and the steak bruscetta are exceptional! Don't skip!

We did a dessert bar instead of a traditional wedding cake, or donuts, cupcakes, and ohhhh my goodness. The strawberry shortcake bar is the way to go! Worth the whole price, just for that!

I read the off- reviews, and honestly, don't waste your time on those. I'm with the chorus of praise who thanks them for delivering a perfect menu, amazing food and absolutely professional staff.

AMAZING Customer service, very fast response times, and quality food. So many different options for meals throughout the day. I have ordered catering for two different events now and have have the best experience.

Huge thank you to A Tasteful Affair Catering for providing food and beverages for our Celebration of Life. We were in need of a truly authentic buffet that would show the culture and roots of our honoree’s Portuguese Hawaiian heritage. They knocked it out of the park and provided not only amazing food but exceptional service as well. The entire team was friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. They all went above and beyond to assist in multiple areas of the event, provided linens and set up assistance, and brought additional decor and risers to elevate the food presentation. Big shout out to Peggy for her incredibly fast and thorough responses! Her attention to detail and clear communication made such a difference. Very excited to use A Tasteful Affair Catering again in the future.

Outstanding from the food, service and planning. We served 120 people in the park for a picnic. They bbq'ed shrimp, chicken, veggies and fruit kabobs everything was beautiful and all of the guest raved about the food. Peggy was easy to work and plan with, she even created a special menu for our group. I can't say enough about how fantastic everything was. This was our 2nd time using A Tasteful Affair and it will continue to be our go to catering company.

What a great event absolutely the best presentation and food I've experienced in a long time

I think they've gone out of business. Left voice message on main phone number a couple of times, then on the voicemail of the cell number given for emergencies in the answering machine announcement. No attempt to call back. With lack of response to phone messages, I wouldn't trust them to show up if they did agree to cater out event. Too bad, tier web site looked like they could be a good choice.

Wonderful service and our guests loved the food. They have such a range of options to choose from, they are one of the best around Pleasanton! They managed everything so perfectly! Kudos to the team!!

I've known Peggy and Chef Kevin since 2015! I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with them and fed a few thousand very happy customers at our events thanks to their help!

Good catering, which we used often!

Fantastic customer service, amazing food, and an extremely pleasant staff. We had booked another caterer for our wedding, but when they fell through 2 weeks before the ceremony we needed someone fast. A Tasteful Affair was able to get us a quote and an invoice in less than 24 hours with everything that we needed as well as scheduling a tasting for the very next week. The food at the tasting was amazing and they delivered the same quality at our venue. The service staff was very attentive and damn near everyone of our guests said it was some of the best food they've ever had. My wife and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

But then their vast crew, professionally handle corporate events. The detail and scripted planning is like a movie set with Peggy as the steadfast director, maintaining flawless service and control over the smallest detail, that the patrons never know about. I have only ever gotten insanely high accolades and reviews in detail from any of the Clientele that has the sheer opportunity to involve "A Tasteful Affair Catering" to their most special of days and events......
