The food was good - we liked the Beef stroganoff and the Jambalaya. Chicken Milano was too sweet & sour - almost left more than half of it. Our server was a bit too relaxed but he was polite and helpful whenever he could find time to come over :-).... I love the ambience of this place - we took the outdoor seating and it was not too noisy. We will definitely go there again. Hopefully our server would try and spend a little more time with us then ....

Wanted to try this restaurant after reading good reviews. As I walked in, the server looked at the clock, it was 8:30, and he didn’t seat us because he said they were closing early since it was slow (hours on google say they close at 9:30pm), if you’re closing early then lock the door. Also, there were plenty of customers inside.

Very nice dinner for our anniversary. The food was good, though my husband ordered his steak cooked medium well, and it was more like medium rare. Also, the noise level was pretty high, and the tables crowded close together. However, we do enjoy this restaurant, and will likely be back.

We've been to this restaurant a few times, after we've been introduced to it from a neighbor. The food is a bit pricey, but the quality is amazing and the portions are decent. The service is always top notch and haven't had a bad experience yet. It can get noisy in the evenings, so it can make it a bit hard for conversation, but overall a great experience. We don't come here often, but definitely our place for birthday celebrations, anniversaries and other special occasions. I came here once for brunch, and loved their menu and would definitely come back more often, as you can enjoy their outdoor patio on a lovely sunny afternoon. This is definitely a restaurant to stop at if you're ever in downtown Pleasanton or in the Tri-Valley area.

They gave us a table in a store next door because their main dining hall was full. When I asked about it, they mentioned I should have requested seating in the main room. It was my first visit to Baci and I had no idea. Not the experience I was expecting to celebrate my wife's birthday. Highly disappointed.

Food and service was excellent. We come back for special occasions, since it's not particularly cheap, but it's always worth it. We had great wine, the burger, the filet mignon, the Sea bass and shrimp Capallini. All great

I only had an espresso martini, BUT, it was the BEST espresso martini I’ve ever had! It’s not on the cocktail menu, just ask for it!

Great service and food. We loved the ambiance. Very friendly people that are talkative at the bar. Very good wine selection along with full bar. Although they can accommodate if you don't have reservations I would highly recommend especially in the winter when sitting outside is not a option.

Great location, ambience and service. The food was average at best...steak C+, Calamari D...dry and overcooked, halibut C, salads C....just average food that you paid a lot of $$ for.....truly disappointing!
All food and beverages were excellent. Orders included the chicken picatta, beet salad, caesar salad, jumbo prawn scampi, chicken parm, and mixed organic salad. Drinks included Cadillac Margarita, whisky sour, and dirty martini. Service was good as well.

Love this place. My new favorite Italian restaurant. So much variety that they do so well! They were busy on the holiday (New Years Day) and I appreciate that they were open for business. Kudos to the chef for putting out great food.
Restaurant did not have our reservation. Hostess blamed Open Table for not sending it to them. There was no room for us to eat in the restaurant with its beautiful ambiance and Christmas tree, which we were looking forward to. Instead, we were served in the pink tea room business next door which served as its overflow for the night. I'm glad we still got served on New Years Eve. Some in our party were very disappointed to not get the full value of the ambiance.
