I had previously given a 5 but with the new changes to the menu the flavor and quality has gone way down I wish they wouldn't have changed it.Update to the establishment's comment below.We just ordered 12/27 additionally the menu changed at ALL plucked locations so it applies to all. Myself and the 6 other people ordering did not appreciate the new changes. Some of our favorite items are gone and the new items just don't do it. The tacos are smaller and the flavors are not the same.

I’ve only had positive experiences here. I love their chicken sandwich and their waffle fries are far superior than any other fast food restaurants. Crispy & crunchy on the outside and soft & pillowy on the inside. The items are slightly pricier but the standard of quality is reflected. This is the best place to get an exceptional chicken sandwich any day of the week…especially Sunday.

They have a damn good chicken sandwich - one of the best I've ever had. Their hottest heat level, "Hot as Pluck", is not that hot, though. Needs more pain.

The fried chicken tacos are freaking delicious

Fried chicken in tacos, as a sandwich or strips. Full of flavors. Beer on tap.
