Really good food, everything tasted great, super clean and spacious. The Gyoza was delicious. But unfortunately the customer service wasn’t good at all, I didn’t get his name but he’s a heavier set waiter and everything about him was just rude towards us. His demeanor, the service (never checked on us had to ask another waiter multiple times, I asked if he could show me where I can find cooked sushi rolls and just said “it’s in there” regardless it’s unfortunate that bad customer service can impact all the other great qualities this restaurant has to offer. I really hope next time the service is different.Kid-friendliness: The price for the kids Bento box was great! And the amount was perfect!

This is our go-to spot for sushi since moving into the area. We've tried sushi at other locations in the area, but don't feel that the cost and quality is justified at those locations. Since coming here, they've seen our daughter grow up in the past 3 years and basically know what my wife likes.Kid-friendliness: They are very accommodating to kids.Parking: If there is something happening in the area, parking can be limited. But on a normal day, parking is never an issue.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheerchair ramp

Read really great reviews for the food, but I thought it was just average sushi.

Senro sushi is excellent. The fish is fresh and the portions are great for the price. Mind you the portions matter more in the western world than Japan. In Japan, the rice is about half the size here and the fish is longer and less wide but melts in your mouth. Those two things; the rice and the freshness and cut of the fish decide the quality for me. Having said that, still Senro has great value and taste great. All other food there is way above average. My family is regular at Senro. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy the bento lunch boxes! Good quality and tastes great. Fortunately I work not too far from here and come frequently. Must try!

probably the best sushi in town. Friendly and fast service.

Disclaimer: I do not eat sushi, and believe me I've tried. I met up with The Mom Squad for a Saturday night off. I love the outdoor deck seating and little white lights. I found the service to be friendly but not quite attentive enough. Specifically, I came and joined the group and wasn't offered a wine glass or given the chance to place a drink order. When ordering did take place, the sushi came out and my udon didn't come for another 10 minutes. I would choose not to get the chicken udon, because there was actually too much chicken and I didn't care for the rubbery overcooked texture. But the noodles were thatperfect consistency, and the broth was hot and delicious. So I'd definitely order this again, and get it without the chicken. My friends all enjoyed their sushi (I don't know what they had, but I have some photos). So in summary : decent food Really spacious restaurant Outdoor deck provides a romantic setting Friendly service

We had a really nice pleasant dinner at Senro Sushi. We went there right after doing the vigil mass at St Augustine. Our group of 7 were seated at the patio. It was wonderfully comfortable to be eating outdoors after days of heat wave. Food was good. My daughter and I shared an agedashi tofu and beef yaki udon. Noodles were just the right chewiness and very satisfying. The tofu was simple and good. The others in our group liked their special rolls and tempura. I've seen a few reviews from other Yelpers about the rude service that they received. Our server seemed abrupt in her actions and maybe didn't converse well in English. But she seemed to have good intentions and attended to us pretty well. Overall - we had a very pleasant time and we'd go back.

The go-to spot in Pleasanton. Best price / quality and service. Bento box lunch special is a crazy good deal.

Really, really bad experience tonight at Senro Sushi. It was an 80-82 degree day today tops, and yet is was 90-95 degrees inside the restaurant. They had all the doors open, and it was like a sauna in there. I had to step outside for fresh air twice during our 40 minute wait. I am sorry, but business owners that are too cheap to pay the $40-$50 it would cost to run the AC for the day should simply not be in business. If the AC is broken, they need to post a sign or tell us this BEFORE we enter for dinner. (The AC was not broken.) They then gave us water with about 4 ice cubes in it and it never got cold. I figured they were low/out of ice, but the table next to me got a huge cup of ice with their soda. Again, too cheap to give people ice cubes in their water. (I understand water is free, but when you drop $100 on sushi a few cubes of ice should not matter.) Also, they only gave us two sets of chopsticks for four people - really? Finally, and this was the least of the problems, the food took 40 minutes. Since she came over and told us about the wait I am not so angry about this one. However, the reason was "Door Dashers", which bothers me since, in my opinion, they should always put customers that are in the building ahead of online orders. Plus, we were there at 5:15 and they opened at 5:00, so perhaps the sushi cooks should start doing Door Dash orders at 4:30 so they can get through the backlog before they open to the public. The quality of the sushi was just OK. With the heat of the building, I was greatly worried that the fish would not taste fresh, and it didn't - but I have had worse. I just wish business owners would understand that losing just one customer is so much more costly than a few ice cubes, chopsticks or running the AC on a hot night.

No frills, casual dining in a nice spot right next to Delucchi Park. We sat on their patio on the park side and got an added bonus ... live music from Music in the Park performers (Fridays at 7pm during the summer). Senro has the largest variety of rolls I've ever seen - traditional and many that they created. We had the TJ and Volcano? I can't remember at this point, but they were both pretty good. The garlic edamame was charred with garlic and perfect for sharing. The best part was pre-pandemic pricing! Thank you for not passing on all the additional costs to your customers! You can't beat the sushi at this price. Waitstaff was nice and attentive. We'll be back!

Great sushi but the wait is forever but also worth it
