Went there 10 minutes after the official opening hours, only to find the door locked and the employee at the counter pretending not to see me. I checked the Starbucks app too to make sure I didn’t get the hours of operation wrong. And it showed the same information. Luckily, I didn’t press submit on my mobile order a moment earlier.

Not to invalidate anyones poor experience but the bad reviews are shocking. I live down the road and have been coming here almost everyday for 3 years and work for hours. This is of the better starbucks in this area.The staff is wonderful, friendly and as fast as they can be! They remember the locals and daily customers by name, often following up on their lives and past conversations. They are often slammed with large mobile orders, doordash orders, workers and students throughout the day. They are in fact very busy. I found it best to do my mobile order 10 minutes or so prior to arriving and I RARELY wait for my food/drinks. I notice them reading the orders, working together and genuinely trying to do their best. I would say around 2:30-3pm I avoid this location due to the students getting out, being loud, and in your space, etc.I think people run to yelp after a bad experience and take it personally. The staff here does care and that's rare.

They literally kicked me out of this Starbucks because they blocked off an area where kids allegedly steal coffee where I was sitting. No warning before I bought my coffee. They told me to go across the street to Inklings coffee shop. Super rude. The only reason for me to go here was to study.Also they didn’t kick any kids out. So…not sure what their issue was. Not blaming the workers because they’re just being ordered what to do, but rather their manager/owner.And wifi did not work

Has been to this Starbucks regularly, while waiting for wife to finish work. Great people, large glass wall open to see Main St Pleasanton, feeling relaxed.

If I could give it a zero I would Seriously! . I ordered a venti refresher with two pumps of liquid cane. I didn't pay attention at first but I noticed that my drink took longer than usual. When observing the two baristas they moved as slow as snails, and spent WAY TOO much time talking . The baristas were unprofessional, I heard them cursing behind the the counter , not even quietly ! Overhearing their conversation's the girls talked about "channeling one's anger " Girl, you need to channel yourself into making my drink because at this point I was just gawking at them appalled at the fact that I had to wait over 15- 20 mins for a drink with maybe 1-2 orders ahead of mine. Setting the bar really low in terms of customer service . Whoever manages this site should take the time to observe their team members and see where they've gone so wrong ( Start with your employees and their lack of everything ) I should have read the reviews before coming here. They also forgot my liquid cane, and beverage was watered down.

Worker named Conrad... rude as hell. He should not be working in ANY kind of costumer service. He's rude and nasty, barely gives u the time of day when you need help or have a question. He will straight up tell you he doesn't have time for help you despite the fact that you're a paying customer

TERRIBLE service, ordered a drink and a food today think I left my headphones there so on the way back I went there again and arrived at about 7:00 I tried to go in and knocked on the door several times but they wouldn't let me in even if it says close at 7 very disappointed he was also right next to the door!

Mobile Order a Pike and got there 5 mins late than the estimate. Two baristas were just standing at the counter just taking to each other. I had to remind them that there is an order in progress for a Pike and it took her 10 seconds to fill that order. It feels very disorganized.

The employees pretending that you are not there waiting 30 minutes for your drink. You have to beg your order to be done while they look at you and do nothing. If you order here with Doordash expect at least 1 hour late. Terrible place, terrible employees.

very disappointed - poor service and drink qualityvisited the rosewood location yesterday with a group of friends and loved our orders/service. came with the same group to this location and the drink quality severely declined (watered down, wrong cream, missing add-ons).poor service from both cashier and barista - no apologies when they misplaced a friend's order and didn't remake it.if you want starbucks, go to the rosewood location

My friend went up to the pick-up counter asking for her drink to be remade (politely!) because the cashier rang her up incorrectly. They rudely rejected her request, made her wait in line to pay for the espresso shot at the counter, and gave her the hot espresso shot on the side to mix into the cold drink herself. No apologies either!Also, ordered a standard iced coffee and it tasted like straight up milk :( Awful service and coffee

I ordered a dirty chai latte, and even clarified to the cashier to add an espresso shot to it. He didn't end up writing the add-on, so I told the barista there's no espresso. She dismissively told me to go back to the cashier and pay for the espresso shot. After I paid I came back she still didn't add it to my drink. When I asked for it again, she just gave me a small cup of espresso for me to mix it in myself. Neither of them apologized. By far my worst Starbucks experience. (My four other friends didn't like their drinks either...)

This place is filthy outside! Inside, a worker was dragging wooden stool chairs across the tile floor putting them under the tables. Her work partner had to tell her to pick them up & carry them. She refused. She said she enjoyed "pissing off" the customers and him. Very unprofessional atmosphere & service. Better to walk down the street to Peet's or across the street to Inkling's.

Was told they would not accept my order for a traveler because there wasn’t enough time to complete the order as they closed in 30 minutes. The store was nearly empty. When I said I didn’t understand & asked why they repeated the same thing. Very strange. Perhaps theres a good reason for it but they wouldn’t tell me.
