I used to love this place. Fresh fish. Never crowded. Good service. Food is still great. Menu hasn't changed. However, they recently changed the format to a walk-up counter order. Kinda like a Sizzler or fast food. Not sure if I'll return now. I prefer a waitress when I go out to to dinner.
If you are looking for a party sushi scene, go somewhere else. If you are looking for quality food and people, come to Hachi. All the negative Nancy’s on here talking about bad service may need to look in a mirror. They are a small establishment and every single time I have come have been extremely accommodating and pleasant. The food is always fresh and delicious and the beer is ice cold. We have been ordering from Sushi Hachi for over a year and I should have written a review sooner. The rolls are handmade with care and consistency and the service is quick and cheerful. I have tried other sushi in the area and this is the BEST, hands down (don't let the location put you off)!! Try it - you won't be disappointed!
