This place is good. I've been here several times but not recently. The staff are always nice and they get the orders made relatively quickly. I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you're nearby and wanting breakfast, this is the best option.Parking: The shopping center itself is pretty large but there's always plenty of parking. Sometimes during really busy moments you may have to park further from the door of the place, but it's not too far.

Bagels sandwiches are great. Went in this morning to pick up the seasonal Pumpkin Cream Cheese muffin for me and my co-workers this morning, and we all loved them. They are so moist and the cream cheese is "the icing on the cake". Delicious!

Very clean, selection of bagels is awesome and freshly baked. Service is great along with selections. Lox is fresh and the lox bagel is very tasty and highly recommended.

Their service is veryyyyyyyy slow! They need a new system to deal with the rush that they have. Even when I was the only one in the shop they couldn’t keep up with the demand of their online orders and neglected their one customer. Bagels are fine, but the service is abysmal.

Over the last several months, I have become a regular customer. I think they have the best bagels outside of New York. I love their salt bagels, especially! Efficient service, and good customer service. Although a little bit on the pricey side, I am willing to pay more for quality. I would recommend them.

Delicious place for bagels, smoothies and sandwiches. Weboth had the Spicy Chicken sandwich on a cheddar bagel, and it was soooo yummy!! Also, got a peanut butter power smoothie. Owners are super nice and the place is very clean! Definitely recommend going here!!

I hate to say it, but I did not have a great experience at Bagel Bistro. First thing was that they barely had options of bagels when I went closer to lunch time. I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches and was shocked they did not even toast them. One I ordered without meat and cheese, and guess what was on it...meat and cheese. The vegetarian bagel sandwich was unfortunately very sub par. I asked for a side of butter and it cost $2 and it wasn't even butter...it was margarine. I probably won't be coming back. Always worth a try though.

When I get the bagel / sandwich I am looking for, the food is always good. That said, they are consistently out of sourdough bagels and egg salad. I understand the need to keep items fresh and not spoil a ton of inventory - especially towards closing at 2pm. They are out at 1pm? Fine, I'll arrive at noon. They are out at noon? Fine, I'll arrive at 11am. Still out? Then I have serious questions about if these items should even be on the menu. Out of egg salad before lunch even starts?!?Come on BB - two of the items that distinguish you from the other bagel places, and they are rarely available.
When you find EXACTLY what you like you just keep coming back!! I have found bagel nirvana and it is:SALT BAGEL plusVEGGIE SCHMEARAbsolute deliciousness!!! I have been here many times and always the bagel is filled to the brim with the schmear. Only on my last visit was the schmear lacking in quantity - it was like spread on 1 side but not the other - which I am chalking up to a new employee. Anyway, I asked the owner for some more and she put some in a container for me. As I said, I like that smear just OOZING out the sides!!!Every now and then there is a tad too much salt on the bagel but I will just scrape off a little bit and carry on.They DO sell out of the salt bagels pretty early so you know the saying - the early bird gets the worm!Enjoy this popular and busy bagel place. They really do bagels right!!!
