Nothing but hospitable. Great place. Definitely recommend.
Great little shop downtown with beautiful decor. Table seating outside. California prices but when in Rome...
I was looking for a nice and chill hookah place to go to and when I went here the first time Gretta was very nice and friendly which always brings me back here, love this place!
My favorite place to smoke in the San Francisco Bay Area with the largest selection of quality cigars. There's is also fun for my friends who like hookah!
Super helpful! I got my boyfriend some of the coolest cigars here - the place even had hookah! So I was able to shop for his gift and have a hookah with my friend in the front. People are so super nice here and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend making an afternoon of it
I'd like to give a shout out to Kristi for being great to my friend and I. She served us hookah and constantly checked on us. She served us water and kept a great convo! This is a great place to have cigars and play board games while taking the time to smoke. I'm coming back again!
I've been going there for years 6 years too the exact service is good for an ice the owner is awesome I love her she's great
This shop is a family owned business which gives you that instant comfortability right when you walk in. If you need somewhere to relax, and grab a cigar, try some hookah (lemon mint my favorite!) or even do some office work this would be the place I would recommend to anyone. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to cigars. She has grown a very good relationship with a lot of her customers over the years. Give this place a try five star all the way!
Very nice shop good hookah with all the mix and very good selection of cigars I really enjoy the bolivar and the owner Greta she's very welcoming and friendly thank you I well be back.
My husband and I thought this place looked like a great find according to the Yelp reviews, so we went there to check things out and enjoy a cigar. When we arrived, the sign said, "Open", but the place was dark and looked closed. We tried the door, and surely enough, were able to walk in...walk in to the most unsightly person sitting at the center of the shop, stuffing her face with takeout food spilled all over the table, and her laptop open as if we had walked in and interrupted her online accounting time or something. It was SO AWKWARD. She just stared at us and said, "Can I help you?" I then thought, "Yes, lady - Where can I find fine llama yarn so I can knit my cat a sweater?"...but kept the sarcasm to myself, as she looked at us with the must disdained face I've ever seen. There was no one else in the store. No music, no fire pits, no TV, the cigars looked super dry on their shelves, and the seating area was closed off. I really, really felt like we had walked in on something going down. It was the most sketchy spider sense ever. That one question were the ONLY words that came out of her mouth, and I motioned to my husband to leave. Worst experience ever. Please go to another shop with people who would really appreciate your business. There was just something too strange and suspicious about this place. We are never going back again.
Fantastic atmosphere, great service, wide selection of cigars. Come, bring a good book, have some hookah and relax.
Great cigar lounge with equally excellent hookah. Very cozy and quiet.
Hidden gem to smoke a cigar or two in a quaint location
